Went to return a bag of candy that didn't taste right & I had a receipt because I just had bought it the previous day & the male manager wouldn't let me exchange it because he said the bag was opened. . But I taped it shut very nice & I said how would I know that the candy didn't taste right if I didn't open it & taste a piece? So he said "were not exchanging it" & I said I'm calling Ollie's Home Office . So I went to my car & called. Sure enough, they told me to go back in that they were calling him & he is supposed to give me my money back. We'll, I did just that & of course when I went in, he wouldn't come out of his office, so another male Mgr. Came to the register & politely gave me money back. So I did a little shopping in the store because I wasn't going to have that know it all Monster ruin my day.

I went for the advertised specials from their flyer that comes in the mail. The specials were available and good deals! While there I found additional good deals. So good shopping for items you need!

We like going here but do t need to frequent. It seems they keep the same products that other larger stores can’t sell, which is obvious when you take a minute to look at the product. Just remember that, take your time and get a feel of the product because a bargain is only a bargain if the product is as superior as the one your comparing it too..

Love this store and as busy as it was so does alot of others. There is a hour or more of walking around and looking at everything Ollie's has to offer. So wear comfortable shoes...Ollie's employees are friendly and helpful. They have a incentive program for money off. Always a good thing. I left with a buggy full. JS.

I love this place! They always have great deals on books, and I enjoy looking around at the other items in the store. The only problem I have is that I always spend so much money because I buy more stuff than I anticipate 😂

This is one of my go to stores. However I called to see if they had a certain item in stock that I needed right away. I sent my daughter to pick it up and they didn’t even have it. When She asked them they said sorry- we thought we did. Well she drove 30 min for nothing. Im kinda poor and the gas, time and mileage is lost, for nothing. Second time this has happened. I called for a reason- because I didn’t have the money to waste.
