Good service for the most part other than when I ordered a part online that specifically said I can return or exchange in store if I need to. Unfortunately the system wouldn't allow me to return or replace the item. I don't blame the employees I blame the company for its out of date system. If it wasn't for this one experience, it would be 5 stars sorry.

My car went out of bower needs battery and me ready to purchase it , they told me they can't replace it because it takes 30 minutes be carful coming to them if their is a 0 star I'll be giving it to them %100

Didn't have my part in stk during on line order. When part came in next day they still honored 15% off at counter. Saved a bunch of money and their price was better then autozone. Very Happy Customer, Donald

I went in there needed a good battery! Bought a Die-hard brand since it had good reviews and it's been around for a while! The employee that took care of me installed the battery and I was ready to go in no time! They have the rewards program and it also saves you on gas! So yea! I'm with that! 😊 I will continue doing business with them! Thank you Advance Auto!

They were very helpful, they did everything they could to make sure that the part or tools that I was looking at were the tools I needed and the part that fit my vehicle. The tools options, they have a wide collection of tools for DIY projects. I have been working on cars for past 6 years and can definitely agree that they had my back when I was working on my projects and had all the right tools I needed. Their car parts also made high quality and they have different brand parts. Very satisfied.

Buck was extremely helpful in getting my battery installed even though my van has additional air ducts and clips in the way. Good price on a good battery with great service.

Stopped here because as we were exiting the freeway our car advised us our break lights had stopped working, and this was the closest parts store. The main cashier was on the phone the whole time, we needed assistance because we could not find the recommended bulb on the shelf. We waited several minutes for another associate to assist us. We had to approach the counter and interrupt him. Less than friendly, less than helpful. We did eventually get him to check in the back and he found our bulb. We will only visit this location again in an emergency situation.
