Went to this store for my first time and found JAX auto products. I bought the JAX car wash product. I can't go here and not buy something. Lots of products to choose from. Close to Der Dutchman and Jan & Tony's Pizza for lunch or dinner.

This is a very helpful parts store. I was in there on Sunday for parts and I was a little confused on exactly what I needed. Tom bent over backwards to help me and get me the right parts for my trucks. I was very thankful I stopped in there and would now go out of my way to do business there. Thank you.

Nice store with a good variety of stock. I wish they enforced the mask mandate for customers and employees wore their mask correctly covering their mouth and nose!!

Need a part? Even if they don't have it, they can order it and entertain you for an hour. We have a corporate account and visit frequently. The guys behind the counter are always in a good mood and always willing to chat for as long as you want. I also love their bucket sales for my own purchases. All you can fit in the bucket for a percentage off.

The team here was Fantastic! We were on a trip to Chicago and realized that our bbrak light/tail light was burned out. The team at this Napa was super helpful in helping me not only get the bulb but find the right tools to get us safely back in the road! Well done, I'm only disappointed that this isn't closer to my home so I can frequent more often! Top notch service! Highly recommend!

Your usual NAPA and also a hardware store. I was here recently to buy a belt for my lawn mower. They initially gave me the wrong belt. When I returned, they got me the right belt and did not charge me the difference between the the two. Good customer service easily makes up for the minor mistake.

For a chain store in a small town, I feel they do a good job. Friendly staff that seems glad to help, and it's not uncommon to see someone I know in there.

Waited for 30 min as they could not get their computers to find a simple headlight bulb part number. Eventually went and pulled the bulb out and showed them and they quickly grabbed the right part. If it was that simple why wait half an hour to ask me to do that? Then had to wait behind the people who walked in while I grabbed the bulb. Won't be going back.
