Living more than 25 miles away, I ordered flowers for a family graveside service in Plain City from the Plain City Florist. The flower arrangement was fresh and very beautiful with the flower color and ribbon I requested. The rest of the arrangement I left to the florist. A preview of the flowers was sent to me via email which is a great addition to their service. Excellent service experience and delivery was as promised. My family and I recommend the Plain City Florist.

Came in last minute to get my grandparents flowers to lay on their resting place never did this before didn’t even know what kinda flowers to get but she was more then helpful I don’t even live in plain city but I’ll come here anytime I need flowers and I suggest anyone else do the same

Very disappointed. I was sent an arrangement yesterday. The flowers were cut to 5 inches and just plonked in a vase. I had to add greenery from my garden to "hold" flowers up. Today the 6 roses have lost almost all of their petals. Lillies look fine and gerber daisies still good but i had to rearrange them into a smaller vase. Flowers should certainly last more than 24 hrs!! I have recommended them in the psat by will not be doing so again....

I asked for Wed delivery and was informed it was delivered Mon. When I contacted them about their email notice was told it will be delivered Wed. No apology about the Mon notice. When they informed the party to receive it they said they would leave it by the front door. The party said, "No its too cold outside." When they delivered it some of the plant was wilted as if it had already been left out in the cold. I believe that order cost me $100 and I am very, very dissatisfied.

Based off the previous reviews I was excited to order flowers here. However $100 later I was left with something I would expect if purchased at a grocery store for $20. It was delivered on time but very underwhelming.

Excellent service. Great local shop. I recently moved to Plain City and received a coupon in the mail for the plain city florist. My coworker had a death in the family they whipped up a beautiful bouquet in very short notice. Very pleased will use services again and again. Thank you.
