I'm definitely switching pharmacies and they probably won't care anyway because that's one less they will have to do. I get 1 prescription filled here every month on the same day and its like pulling teeth to get it. I was told one time over the phone and then they change it. No flexibility on their part whatsoever. I'll be switching after today. The money I save isn't worth the attitude I have gotten on numerous occasions. I'll go pay more where the people are nice and don't treat me like a number. I have had this problem with other Kroger pharmacies also. Not just this one.

well first of all every other Kroger pharmacy has their business hours listed on Sunday as open until 1800 this pharmacy does not have their business hours listed. they close at 1700 it seems to me that if you close at a different time than every single one of your other pharmacies that you would maybe have that listed... not to mention the lady was extremely rude to me whenever I stopped to get my prescription earlier, when they were open, and we're unable to fill it yet...

So i called this pharmacy on 1/16/2020 about my husband having an issue with the other Kroger pharmacy up road in reynoldsburg. I told them that the other pharmacy wouldn't honor our good rx coupon and wanted to charge him over 200 bucks for this life saving medicine that he was out of. So I continued to explained my situation to them and I asked them if there was anything that they could do to help us out. They used the SAME COMPUTER SYSTEM and told me that their was no reason why the other pharmacy wouldn't honor our good rx coupon and why they wouldn't give us his life saving medicine for that price. So they called the other pharmacy to release this medicine, filled the script for us, honor the good rx coupon, and we picked up his life saving medicine for that exact price. Thank you so much for going above and behind with helping us in this matter and making up for other Kroger pharmacy's short comings. Have nothing but positive things to say about this Kroger’s and the pharmacy in particular. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The pharmacist as went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion.

Come to fill a prescription because I need my medication not on one occasion pharmacist assistants very rude with a horrible attitude absolutely no compassion for there customers also do not like minorities horrible Pharmacy there was no customers in line and was told in the middle of the day on a Monday I would have to wait more than an hour to receive my medication when I do receive it I get no phone call saying that it's ready waiting in my car for hours at a time for my medication
