Gentleman was very rude. Told me it was not a Boost store even though the sign on the building said Boost and everything in store said Boost and his shirt said Boost .Was trying to update sim card. When he told me he was not a Boost store asked why I was still there.

Arrived five minutes before close and the doors were locked and no one was in there awful customer service I’ve been working a retail for years and the doors are not to be locked until the shift is over until it’s time to close if it’s not 8 o’clock why are your doors locked

Absolutely the worst experience from a boost store Ive ever received! She mocked me for my allergies faked called the police on me and wasted 30 mins of my time all after I told her that I really just wanted to pay my bill because I was just on the phone with boost customer service for over an hour and a half. She reply well I REALLY was trying to help but in such a snotty tone that was just so unprofessional... Then after I tell her like dont say it like that... she says this how I talk points at her homeboy like twan even knows that... Like how she talks to her "people" and her customers have a very fine line! She cursed at me and humiliated me... On the fake phone call to the police she says its a black girl then says she sould of said i had a gun! So much for customer service! Or customer anything for that fact! 1 star is a reach and doesnt even deserve that!

I came in the store extremely frustrated to tears i could not get my phone to work. They were patient to get it fixed!!!! This store has never let me down yet.
