Never answers the phone! Finally decided to stop in (its close to my work) The guy working was rude, and not helpful at all.

Alright, let me break it down. We went to the boost store on Airport, which was currently closed for a good 10 minutes because the employee ran to get McDonalds. Ok, cool. She gets back, we go in to see if we can switch my friend's phone from unlocked to Boost. She didn't put any effort into helping us and practically said she couldn't help us. I told my friend to go to the one on Reynolds, and so we did. We got there, told this guy our issue, and he rescued his phone instantly.

The person I talked to on the phone ,has no phone , people ,or sales skills at all. Had no idea about the upgrade offers they have ! Boost needs to train people better or at least know about the phones and offers they have !

The gentleman there was most helpful and answered any and all questions that I had. And I had quite a few. He was just awesome If I purchase the internet setup,I will drive from Collins street to this location to purchase it. Wonderful experience.

Sign says it opens at 10 AM on Saturdays. Drive out at 11 AM. Guess they decided they're not working today, nobody answered the phone and the doors are locked. But don't worry, there's cars and the open sign is on so they're clearly just ignoring you. Good store.

Very very unhelpful. Went in to try to purchase a new phone and Courtney was very rude. I was told I was unable to purchase a phone with cash, which is understandable. I went around looking to find some sort of pre-paid debit card, and called her back and told her I'd be back as soon as I could. On the phone at 7:50pm, she said her drawer was already closed for the night and she was unable to process any more transactions. Refused to give me a number to any of her higher ups. Refused to make a sale for her own store so she could get home in time. When I said "It's only 7:50", she told me she had already worked 11 and a half hours and wanted to get home. This store will never get my business. Very, very, very unhelpful. I cannot stress this enough.

I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS !!! This place is a joke !!!!!!! Dont waste your time even going to this place I have tried on four different occasions and my husband has tried on 3 .... every occasion was the same outcome the place looks open and says its open just for you to get up to the door and find the door locked with a sign in the window that says they'll be back in a half hour not sure whats going on at this location and i will not ever try to spend my money there again !
