Absolute worst device of any Verizon store I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. There is only one worker “Ethan” it was his Name Tag said and when I said something about standing there for well over 15 minutes while chatted with the customer in front of me as He sat on hold with Verizon customer service I was simply trying to Pay my bill and when I said something about it being rude to not acknowledge a customer that walks in he said what are you trying to do I said pay my bill he said well you can just pay it online as he was grabbing the other customers receipt and I felt like he wasn’t trying to Help me at all I can’t believe Verizon let’s this store stay open. IVE NEVER WANTED TO QUIT A SERVICE MORE THAN I DO NOW BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM ETHAN. And that has me searching for a new cell phone provider as of today. I don’t want to feel like I’m Bothering someone or am a burden to them as I’m Trying to Pay for Services and not even greeted or acknowledged upon entry and just ignored the whole Time and watching him take his time and repeating everything to the customer Infont of me like 3 or 4 times as to Drag his feet even longer!
