Been there twice in 30 days during shop hours. Lights on, doors locked. No answer when door knocked. Unreliable service.

Bought an IPhone 7 on April 5th took it back on April 6th. Phone will not hold a charge been waiting for a replacement since April 6th, I've been told every single week the MetroPCS haven't sent them any phones therefore my phone can't be replaced. Now they are closed and I'm out of $200. What a rip off and no one will help due to the system stated my phone was a bring your own phone which is a lie. I bought the phone from 1515 S.Byrne #108. There isn't and one working there anymore. This is some BS 100%...

Stopped in for some help with an email app that wasn't updating. Stavro, a Metro by T-Mobile associate is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Took 30 minutes to download and trouble-shoot a new email for me. Gave some great advice for a screen protector, as well. Young man is a valuable asset to T-Mobile; made my day!

Stav has exceptional customer service. He always knows what we want when we go purchase phones. I live next to two other Metro PCS but will go to S. Byrne location because of him. Excellent work Stav! You will always have my business as long as your there!

Just walked in looking at phones about 45 min ago sat March 30 got a new Moto e5. The guys working were very polite and able to get my phone number transferred to the new phone for me as well as all of my contacts and pictures and emails saved to my phone. The experience was awesome they walked me through the available options, and weren't like typicall pushy sales people. They were very informative and I got a new phone, they upgrade my data to unlimited for no extra charge. Only pay 30 a month for unlimited call text and data. He even through in a free case and screen protector. Will be returning to this store only for all my future phone needs.

Terrible staff....They are like shifty used car salesman....They will overcharge you for a beat up, used piece of garbage, and do nothing to help you when it immediately has issues....Stay away!!

Mad props to Austin at MetroPCS. Not only was he able to upgrade our phones but he revamped our service to save us $35 a month yet keep all the features including hot spot. Was very refreshing seeing someone going above and beyond at the work place.

Awesome staff. Great service very friendly and helpful staff there to help you and make sure you walk out with a great phone and work with you and hook you up. Never walked out and was disappointed or mad because they have always made sure too go the extra mile for you.
