To the girl who was working at the food station at 10:08, June 14 2022. This girl threw our food around, and gave us wrong order. I order broccoli soup but she gave me a potato soup. Girl you better start checking them orders. Gave me my soup all messy and covered in soup. Still had the audacity to give me a bag. Gave me a 4inch instead of a 6 inch. Service was horrible and disorganized.

I disappointed with the customer service at this location. I ordered their chicken salad on salad on my lunch break. I noticed there was no chicken salad with my salad. So, I called in and was questioned by the whomever answered the phone about there being any on my salad. But, I reassured them, there was none. I was charged for it. This is not a cheap salad. They told me I had to bring the salad back in for them to remake it. I am on my lunch break and I can not do that. They said they would get the manager on the phone and then, hung up on me. I never asked for the manager. I never asked for anything. I just wanted them to be aware they were not being diligent with their work. I do not appreciate being charged for something and not getting it and then being hung up on.

I ordered breakfast and coffee for my family this morning which has come somewhat routine on my day off. My husband went to pick it up. On his way out with our coffees and food the drink carrier broke because it was wet. Mine of the coffees spilt all in the foyer. He went to set the food in the car and told the lady behind the cashier that he dropped a coffee in the foyer, she rolled her eyes at him and was annoyed about the issue. Let’s be honest it was not on purpose. And to receive that type of treatment from a person in customer service is completely unacceptable.

Wawa has improved since my last visit. Being a high traffic area - they are paying more attention to their floors they are much cleaner now.

This place is pretty run down. Please deep clean your restrooms. The amount of dead bugs in the ceiling and dust and brown grime built up on the walls. Soap was out and no hot water.

I put in a order for this Wawa at like 9:15 we go to leave our house on guinea road to see that there is an fatal accident that had occurred forcing emergency personnel’s to completely shut down the road for what they said would be a minimum of 4 hours. Me being the good person I try to be immediately call Wawa and ask them if they could cancel my order that wasn’t even scheduled to be picked up until 9:30. I tell the lady on the phone about this terrible accident. She literally shows no sympathy for the loss of life while we are on the phone and proceeded to say you can’t just cut down low ground I said no. She said what about tide mill no ma’am the accident is further down the road there is literally a poor person with a sheet laid over there body. I think it’s a crime scene. She originally got on the phone with me and told someone not to make my order I guess that person didn’t relay the message and after being on the phone for ten minutes of course my order is now ready so she proceeds to tell me that the food has already been made and that will just cost them to lose to much money to remake my order tomorrow. MY ORDER WAS $23 DOLLARS YALL. she didn't care at all about the person who lost there life just the fact that Wawa a MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT EAT THAT MUCH MONEY. her exact words were your order is just gonna be to much for us to eat you’ll have to call the 1-800 number. Okay ma’am thanks for really showing some compassion I won’t be visiting that location again.

Okay so the food was decent, fast, but obviously no fresh eggs or veggies. Sandwiches are amazing, club, breakfast, bagal, but burritos so far are eww. Also made scary fast so chef Mike might have a hand in their food (microwave). Great amazing wonderful employees there! Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I was very disappointed in the service and quality of sub. I have been to the location in Hampton and the experience was a world of difference. I ordered a club sub and the crew who was making my sub were ill prepared and no real understanding of what makes a good sub, and I was charged (11.36.) chips & regular sub, ridiculous!!! 🙃 This was my second time since they opened last week and last! Save your money, and make a sub at home.

I have always loved Wawa but recently I needed to plan the food for my jobs all store meeting for at least 100 Lowe’s employees. So I ordered 110 breakfast Sizzlis and 4 cartons of coffee. This store really outdid this order! The manager that took my order was great at listening and helping me. The pick up at 5:00am was smooth and on time. I was impressed and grateful. Everything was hot and all the coffee fixings was wonderful! Everyone at work loved the idea of going here. Some people had never tried the sizzles and are now going to be new customers because they loved them. Thanks again!!
