To whoever was working this morning around 1am and 3am I put in a Uber eats around 1am I had ice cream items in my cart I don’t know if the workers at 7/11 pre pack the bags but that needs to stop why put the bag together with ice cream in it if not one Uber driver came to pick it up yet the ice cream should’ve been the last thing in the bag my order didn’t get a driver to it until about 3am sometime so again why was my ice cream in the bag not only was my ice cream melted bout time it got to me but I had wrong items in my bag as well things I didn’t ask for ppl work hard for their money and when I call to see what happen I get hang up on very bad customer service I tried to call back a few times after that and I didn’t get any answer very wrong bec if you gone run a business work in customer service you have to deal with your customers we are the ones spending our money let the Uber driver bring up the items lest they won’t miss out on their tips bec of your mistake an I wouldn’t give no stars but I had to just to write this post

Stopped in for a few items and something told me remember the prices. Sure enough every item I was purchasing rang up more expensive. When I asked why they were different he said oh we changed all our prices. Why didn't you change the tags I asked. So they can up charge and rip customers off who don't notice.

My card didn’t work in their raggedy card reader and the cashier refused to let me try another register. When to the 7 eleven in mayfield and it worked fine. He tried to play me like I didn’t have the money. Mayfield 7 eleven is way cleaner and the people that work there aren’t friendly. This location is trash.

Awful gas station with attendants that are so slow. Sorry you were trying to hit on the chick in front of me but a 20 min wait to pay for gas with cash because your pump credit card machine didn't work. Also when I mentioned it didn't work the guy didn't seem to care, sorry I'm trying to improve your horrible establishment. Not coming back here even if someone holds a gun to my head.

Very Bad with Employees. Communicates other employees information behind employees back.... Communicates that he cuts hours to make people quit and ask Customer/Employees to stay away from store over questions asked and he wants to avoid.. Very dishonest manager. Mike the Store Manager makes people work over night then again 2 hours later to meet deadlines. And calls police and makes false reports to get his way. I have text message and witnesses on all accounts. Allows free food to known associates overnight and patrons to come and walk in and out with free drinks and product. Cameras to prove these things. NADIA tell your niece to be careful. Mike the assistant lmk that they are trying to reach her but are using her til they find replacement. Unprofessional. One thing to do but very bad to conduct business talking bad about other employees to let it be known.
