I want to thank those who've posted their reviews about this CVS location. I had planned to switch my scripts to this store, but after reading your comments ~ no way! They sound worse than the pharmacy at Richmond & Wilson Mills! Horrific service all around. Think I'll go w/Walgreens but my PCPs nurse said they're all just as bad, b/c they're short staffed. That's not the public's problem. Thanks, again, for the heads up.

Have had prescriptions delivered, now I can't. Called and the rude pharmacist was giving me an address from 9 years ago and said they didn't have a card on file...even tho I had a delivery a week ago from them. She kept asking how I had deliveries if they had an old address and no card on file, like it was my fault. Clearly something is F-ed up on their end but she wasn't getting it, and told me to lower my voice and calm down...sorry was sick of repeating myself to a person that was clueless!

Absolute worst pharmacy I've been to. I've been trying to refill a prescription for two weeks because these people can't make up their minds on whether or not it's ready. I keep being told when I can pick them up, but when I go to pick them up at or after those times, they flat out deny me medication I NEED because "You need to confirm it with your doctor". I DID. A WEEK AGO. GIVE ME MY MEDS.

I spoke with a tech last Tuesday and told her that my doctor accidentally called my refills into the wrong pharmacy. She said that she would get them transferred and filled. I still had a few days left so no worries. I checked their status on Friday to find that they STILL were not ready. Nobody in the pharmacy would answer the phone. I literally tried for hours. The same thing on Saturday. No answer for hours on end. I left 2 messages with the front desk that I was officially out of my medication and she said that they would call me back. They never did! The exact same thing all day yesterday! Today I was told by the front desk that the pharmacy doesn’t have time to take calls because they are short and even though I already missed 2 days of serious medications, they can’t take my call. I finally called corporate today and they got me in touch with the pharmacist who told me that they hadn’t been filled and would have to be special ordered. I have already missed 2 days of medications that I CANNOT miss. I will be able to get them all 3 today but will have to go to 3 different CVS’s to get them. Absolutely insane.

The cashier at the front was very rude. I was asking her a question about the front door alarm because it was going off and she said it wasn’t working right. I told her someone had just walked out and she said well I just got up here and no one was up here so what could she do. And then she told me to mind my own business as I was walking off. I heard her and turned around asked her what she said and she denied it. I told her that’s not a way to treat customers. I was just asking a question. When we checked out she said nothing about it. And I said to her she ought to think twice before speaking like that to customers

Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this pharmacy. My husband had just been discharged from the hospital and we went there to drop off 1 prescription since the hospital had sent over the other. He dropped off one prescription and a coupon for the one that was supposed to be sent over. Once I returned to pick up the prescription and took it home my husband said there's only one. So once we called back the male assisting in the pharmacy said yes I'm standing here with a coupon not a prescription. When I advised that the hospital had sent it over he said they never got it and he couldn't fulfil this request because he didn't know if it was "fraudulent" or not. We called the hospital and asked for it to be sent again and were assured that it was sent. When I got back to the pharmacy I was informed by this same male that the medicine in question was in their totes in the back and that they hadn't opened them yet. When I asked when they would be able to fulfil he said he didn't know. I then asked well will it ready tomorrow, to which he again replied I don't know I couldn't tell you. I have never received such horrible service from a pharmacy. So basically they had the medicine but weren't willing to open a tote to get it. He seemed to have an underlying smirk and took joy in telling me no. His nonchalant attitude and lack of care was off-putting. I will not ever return there if I can help it. I was able to go to another CVS and get the prescription last night which was all I wanted. It wasn't some over the top experience at the next CVS it was simply the standard things that should happen. Someone greeted me when I walked up even though the 3 workers were busy. I was listened to, the prescription was transferred over, I waited, and was able to get the medication that my husband needed. #DoBetter CVS Willoughby Hills!

Literally just went in there to get a prescription. First time I’ve ever gotten a order sent to a CVS so I do understand that it might not be in the system or whatever but staff was rude. No issues for all the other people picking up they just were basically like we don’t have it and don’t know what to tell you. Also gave me a hard time about how I moved so this was my first time coming to this location. Could have been handled very easily. Also gave me zero explanation as to possibly why they hadn’t received it etc... Should have read the reviews first before sending it here seems like pharmacy has a problem.

Never seen a pharmacy with such bad customer service. They don’t tell why insurance reject a prescription or take any effort to explain customer. I worked with dr/insurance and tried to call the pharmacy, after 50 min call hold twice I gave up. They know customer is trying to refill the prescription for multiple days but no follow-up or curtesy call once prescription is ready. Also very often they miss prescriptions or fill same day prescriptions days apart, so have to make multiple trips.I have registered my phone number to get prescription update , but that system never worked. Sadly I have to keep trying this location as my insurance only covers cvs and this is nearest location. Hopeful will get better customer service next time.

Im writing this review while im waiting in the drive thru.... for 20 minutes with no movement at all! Slow staff. The car ahead of me didn’t even speak to anyone until the last couple of minutes and got to the drive thru exactly at the same time as me! Even when i go inside to pick up , huge line of people. Slow service . No one ever answers the phone . I had to wait on line for 45 minutes and eventually got tired and hang up and drove to them to know my prescription from the day before was never filled. Worst worst ever! Changing to Walgreens!
