I have been lucky enough to have Dave help me diagnose and repair my RME Interface which my daily work depends on twice. Most recently Dave received my unit on a Thursday morning replaced a board and resolved another problem and had it ready to ship back Friday morning ! He also answered a couple of follow up questions once I received the unit back on Monday. I can't recommend him any higher. His professionalism, courtesy and hands on expertise is a rare thing these days and you would be fortunate to have him work on your equipment. Thanks again Doc's and Dave !

I don't normally feel compelled to write reviews of service, but it is warranted in this instance. These fine folks did a fantastic job repairing my RME Fireface audio interface, which is a critical piece of equipment in my studio. The whole repair effort took only a few days, and I am very pleased. They also took the step of letting me know what likely caused it so I didn't repeat it in the future. Docs radio did a stellar job fixing up my window tint cutting machines mother board. For $75 total at that! Saved me $2000 from buying a new one or $600-800 buying and installing a new mother board. They had it fixed up same day in about an hour. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs their services. Very nice and friendly! Thank you so much!

I took my car radio to Doc's to have a power switch diagnosed and repaired in late March. They replaced it with a used one for $95.00. Two months later, the switch goes bad again. I took it back to the facility and they replaced it with a brand new one. I was only charged $14.00 for the part because labor was still under warranty. I am just curious as to why they did not replace it with a new one the first time I brought it there. At least they honored the warranty and made good on it. All I am out is another trip to the location. I have only used the radio a couple times since repair, but they assured it would never break again. Thank God the radio only takes 10 minutes to remove and re-install (which I am totally capable of doing myself), otherwise I'd be even more upset.

I would give negative stars if I could. My boyfriend had multiple problems with his system after installation that they were too lazy to fix. He ended up going to Best Buy and they said Doc's installation was completely wrong. They were surprised he could even get a slight sound out of Doc's horrible work. If you want horrible work that you pay extra for, go to Doc's. If you want quality sound and excellent work done, go see Dave at Best Buy.

Wonderful staff. They were able to help me with my car audio, both cheaply and quickly. They even installed for a fair price. A huge plus, for me, was it was the week of thanksgiving and they were booked. Great service. We were even able to eat next door at Yankee Kitchen. My dad suggested them and he likes them, too.
