I wonder if 7-11 makes it a point to hire the rudest, most unpleasant employees. Every time I go into this 7-11 or pretty much any 7-11 the employees never acknowledge you even when checking you out. It reminds me why I try to always go to On Cue.

A single bag of ice is priced at $2.39 or two bags for $5.00. Really? Come on 7-11! You need to do better than this. Edmond, OK, Danforth and Santa Fe.

There is a worker named Pinney and she brightens my day every time I go there. She has made this Seven-Eleven the only one I go to because she works there! You can really see that she cares and works very hard!

cashier criticized my fiancé for wearing a mask. I have a respiratory disorder, so he wears one to keep me safe. Not cool.

The cashier picks and chooses who she sells alcohol and tobacco to. I am 26 and born in 1995. I have a valid ID and she has denied my sell with her reason being “it’s her choice.” I would understand if I did not have a valid ID but I even had other IDs and cards to verify my identity. She claimed my ID was fake but it scanned right when she tested it. It is frustrating because I do not have this issue at any other locations except this one and this is the one closest to my home. The other employees also do not deny my ID. It is only the over weight middle age lady. My family and other neighbors have said they have had issues with this employee before too.

They usually have close to the lowest price in town for gas. If you pay with a 7-11 gift card you get an additional 3 cents of per gallon. The store is one of the smaller ones but still carry’s just about everything you need in a pinch.
