I was extremely stressed when I arrived. My phone had a flickering green screen. It was inoperable. Sarai was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with all of my questions. She helped me to understand my available options. She walked me through the phone claim repair process to fix my current phone or purchase a refurbished phone. She also explained the differences between 3 brand new phones(features, cost, etc) including available accessories. I opted to take advantage of a trade-in offer and purchase a new phone. With her guidance & insight about the Smart Switch app, I successfully transferred my data. Top notch professionalism & customer service!

Though they were admittedly very nice, the staff at this store doesn't have a strong grasp on how things actually work. They signed me up for the wrong plan in the store (the most expensive one, not the one we discussed), and did not make me aware of a number of significant one time fees. When asked for help/explanation, they suggested going to another Verizon store. As such, I really cannot recommend this location whatsoever and hope management does a better job training their staff. Would recommend trying somewhere else.

Fast, super helpful, great service! We went in to pay off a phone and pick out a new one. Julio showed us the models we were interested in, and explained the differences between them -- features, cost, performance, etc. He clearly knows his stuff! We were in and out in record time, too! Super friendly, great location, and quicker turnaround for customers who just need to make a purchase or pay a bill. We'll be back!

Very seamless experience. I upgraded and ordered my phone over the phone, then within 30 minutes, I was able to pick it up, packaged and ready to go, at this location. Very kind and professional people working there. Couple things to note: they do not have a secure wifi connection there, so don’t expect to back up your old phone or set up your new one with them. You’ll need to do that at home. They also don’t accept your old phones. Only the non-express locations do. There’s one on Brodie Lane.

While traveling to Austin from out of state, we unfortunately had an issue with one of our phones and needed assistance from Verizon. Orlando, Amber, and Khalil especially went above and beyond to help us. They gave us incredibly valuable information, and guided us through the entire process of replacing the phone. The customer service was superb, and they undoubtedly had our best interest in mind. I am so appreciative and grateful for all they did to help us. I used this location for the first time today. I knew it was a Verizon Express but wasn't exactly clear on what that meant. They gave me great advice on my broken iPhone and got me set up with a new one within fifteen minutes. Everyone working was extremely friendly. Fast and convenient - will return !

I've never been to a Verizon Express store but it was a great experience! Jonathan and Jesse were great in helping me out and it was really nice to use a kiosk and see everything myself. It was much easier than I thought to get a new phone and I'd be glad to do this again. Hope to see more of these in the future!
