The salesman are clueless, I came in to exchange my SE Apple Watch for the gold one. Employees need to be educated about the products that they sell, the employee misunderstood what I said even though I repeated myself multiple times that I wanted a gold watch. He sold me a rose gold watch which is not what I asked for and then tried to tell me that I was going to have to pay another $50 to return the watch that I didn’t ask for in the first place. he then told me that the only option in gold is the series 7 he told me that the wait time to get a Watch was going to be over a month. When I called customer service they had the Gold watch and had it delivered the next day. ~Cami

Fast, super helpful, great service! We went in to pay off a phone and pick out a new one. Julio showed us the models we were interested in, and explained the differences between them -- features, cost, performance, etc. He clearly knows his stuff! We were in and out in record time, too!
