Bought 2 brand new Pixel 6pro here. 1at was my fault, I lost it. 2nd has a gyro issue, camera is sideways, they gave me a run a round for a few days before finally saying they won't do anything. Google not helpful. Very disappointed

I got a hotspot device yesterday and paid 86$ and it didn’t work in my area. I called customer service and they told me that I can return it to the place I bought. I came that location today and I returned it in this location and they refunded 36$ of it. They cut of 50$ fee and I am so unhappy about this experience.

I would have taken off one star because there’s no seating, but Daniel earned back the star by helping me with the software and storage issue and I’m not even their client. Their store is very easy to find with plenty of parking. It has plenty of inventory and there was practically no wait.

The salesman are clueless, I came in to exchange my SE Apple Watch for the gold one. Employees need to be educated about the products that they sell, the employee misunderstood what I said even though I repeated myself multiple times that I wanted a gold watch. He sold me a rose gold watch which is not what I asked for and then tried to tell me that I was going to have to pay another $50 to return the watch that I didn’t ask for in the first place. he then told me that the only option in gold is the series 7 he told me that the wait time to get a Watch was going to be over a month. When I called customer service they had the Gold watch and had it delivered the next day.

Sent me off with $1000 phone, gave me a phone number they said was associated with it and the phone was never actually activated. They also did not even open an account for me and apply the specials. And so I spent many hours on the phone with Verizon sorting it out in 2 to 3 different calls

Efficient process of getting a phone this time. But I'm 36 and still have to be on my parent's plan unless I want to pay double the cost for independence and get the same service. They do not see or care how such financial strings create issues in families who use money to control their children and is significant discrimination against single people. They let you not wear a mask which is a plus for freedom here.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, especially for a corporation like Verizon - but Eva, the manager at the Corporate store on North Lamar in Austin TX, was beyond helpful today and I just wanted to comment on how happy we are with the service she provided. We had a messy trade in mix up and she went above and beyond to solve the problem and ensure we are credited for our trade in. Thank you Eva!!
