Was not pleased with the previous mani/pedi, YET, I went back for more last week. Maybe she was in training;it was a half, rushed very unprofessional many/pedi! I knew better than to sit there and let her rush soak my feet and only put 3coats of sloppy nail polish on my fingers, no trim, no cuticle care, no filing. it smeared and NEVER dried. Shame on me! She pinched the HELL out of the skin on my big tow, TWICE! I only screamed ouch! Instead of leaving at that point. What in the world was I thinking⁉️ This dummies, ME, paid $40 and tipped $10 for this catastrophe! Where was my head that day⁉️ Diring a stressful day I chose this shop in 2018 because these Americans take pride in the services they provide with great knowledge of hand and feet pressure points that relieve stress. Like so many businesses on the road to success, quality begins to suffer. Unless a personal relationship is with a particular person I wouldn't recommend this shop. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I went here recently and was actually happy at first because of one girl who was super sweet and understanding (forgot to get her name) and then the owner started stepping in when we were trying to pay which is fine but she was very rude. She told us multiple times that we were there too long which doesn’t make sense because are we suppose to get up and leave in the middle of our pedicure?? I just want to say whether a customer is in the wrong or not this is not ok from a business especially an owner in my opinion. I just personally feel that there are better ways to deal with conflict than arguing in front of other customers.

This was my first visit and they were very nice. My lady smiled, brought me a drink, and asked me to tell her if she needed to fix anything throughout the whole process. It took a little over an hour for a French manicure, but my nails looked pretty good. I will definitely visit them again. Service: Manicure

I usually love what this place does but the girl that did my nails today was rushing me out of the chair and did a sloppy job and didn't do anything when I said that I didn't like it, she got nail polish on my skin half of my thumbnail isn't painted and it looks like a kid painted my nails. My nails are obviously not shaped they aren't even smooth there is a jagged piece on my pointer finger and she wouldn't fix it nor do I want her near my nails next time I come in.

I asked if they could do the nails I wanted (first pic) she reassured me that she could . I even showed them a picture of what exactly I want it “ ohh yess we can do those” they didn’t do anything that was on the picture beside the design the nail polish wasn’t good at all, the nails doesn’t even fit my real nails , an it was very dirty inside & she blowed her nose in the middle of doing my nails and lays the napkin right beside my nails. Don’t recommend

I was excited to finally cash in a gift card. There wasn't anything about an expiration and the business is the same name and phone number as when purchased. I was even careful to add on extras to my service so that they would still get paid plenty. They said that they were new owners and refused to honor my gift certificate because they had bought the business. If you buy a business you should change the name if you don't want to honor the debts and promises you signed up for with that business. It was clean and my nails are beautiful but I would never come back after such unprofessional practices. Whatever you do don't buy a gift certificate.

I’ve been here many times. Most of the time it goes great. Sometimes not: but to make sure I was satisfied after a misunderstanding on my last visit that left me with nails I didn’t like aesthetically, I am going to be honest. I respect them as a business and they will have my service again. After the mishap, they reached out to me and redid my nails for me. They turned out beautifully and I even got a pedicure. Sometimes visits don’t always go as planned but Pro Nails has gone above and beyond more than once for me to make sure I was satisfied. So my rating will go back up with that! The photos show what I wanted, what I got the first time; and then the picture is after they redid them. Thank you guys!
