I'll try to be nice. The food was good. The service... not so good. I arrived to pick up my phone order (notice I phoned in my order and drove to get it - otherwise it just had to be prepared). Please let me state, once again, for the record - the food was good. HOWEVER: 1. Nobody said anything about charging me a 20% forced gratuity for ordering more than 6 items. 2. The young fellow who rang up my order handled this issue VERY poorly, changing the amount after already ringing it up. 3. After finally agreeing to and paying the gratuity, I returned home missing part of my order, and had to drive back to get the rest. (America, when you pay a premium gratuity, don't you expect premium service?!?!?) Please understand that the purpose of this review is to instruct Big Belly on the nature of customer service and return business. I, personally, won't be returning. That doesn't mean you shouldn't. I would hope that they would learn from their mistakes, and do better. As for the food? Yummy! Oh, and my loving wife, who loves and cares for me called and asked them to reverse the charge for the gratuity. We'll see.

This has been my second time coming here and the burgers are absolutely amazing! The fries are the best I’ve ever had for takeout, crispy and the seasoning is fantastic! The food didn’t take too long even with us ordering 35 minutes before closing and a group of 17 ahead of us. Everything about this place has been exceptional both times I’ve gone. Will eat here again and would recommend to anyone!

Very delicious food. Took a long time to get our food but they seem short staffed so we didn’t mind the wait. The customer service was a little rough as well. We will definitely be back, hopefully on a better day!

Took over 45 minutes to get our food. Chicken tenders were dark brown on the outside and dry on the inside. Mini corn dog bites were very crispy but edible and probably the best part of the meal. I got the special which was a spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken was so dry it was almost inedible. It was grilled chicken, with a little franks red hot on one side. This was the worst meal I have had at any restaurant in years.

My brother and I went to Big Belly Burgers and enjoyed not only great food but excellent service with a big smile. Jamie answered our questions with knowledge and patience, took our order and served us delicious burgers. Jamie advised us that they make their own patties and season them. I had mushroom swiss burger and added onion rings. (The best burger and onion rings I've had in forever) We were not disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Big Belly is certainly not a very fancy joint. It's not even a fancy joint, to be fair ... its plain and simple just a joint. Simple menu run by some very simple hard working folks who will prepare for you an honest hand made medium well done burger served on good quality buns with a good portion of toppings and sides of hand cut lightly seasoned fries, sweet potato fries, or commercially made tots (but they are deep fried so they are worth the getting). Fair prices, friendly but not sacrinny attention, reasonably fast service, and a no frills corner to allow family and friends to break (a few thousand calories on) bread and spend time together. $70 total for 4 including 20% tip. No leftovers but no one was anything but stuffed. Highly recommended. Only cons ... cannot order a rare burger, and they use generic and hunts ketchup, not heinz ... in diners and dives ketchup labels are like a Michelin rated restaurant's wine list ... Note Covid requirements just lifted ... we wore masks until food came out, no other customers or employees wore masks .. no more than 10 people inside at any one time. Steady stream of takeout orders.

I am soo disappointed. I spent $60 on my meal and everything was beyond burnt and tasted like old oil. The hamburgers were raw like cold in the middle raw. Do not waste your time or money.

Delicious burgers, amazing staff and nice appetizers. Mixed drinks are stiff and affordable. Definitely make time to stop in and enjoy this burger spot.

Called in ahead to pick up burgers. Very friendly worker. Not a long wait at all. The burgers hit the spot!! So yummy. Prices are fair with generous portions. Most of our fries were a little too crispy and hard for my liking. But great flavor. Would recommend for a cheaper option than a restaurant!!
