Pharmacy is horrible! I had a coupon that they wouldn’t even try because they wanted to go to lunch! Very rude!

Accidentally hit “no receipt” and immediately asked for a receipt but was told I was not able to get one. I questioned charges for items (unable to see charges because of multiple questions on panel) and was given a breakdown of charges for items but when u wanted to return an item I was given a lower price for the return because I had no receipt. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me this was not Target and there is nothing she can do. CVS experience at its finest.

Scheduled my covid booster and flu vaccine at this location. When I arrived and checked in they claimed I wasn't in the system. I then showed everything from my end, confirming I was scheduled, and dude shrugged and said he couldn't do anything. He complained about being short staffed but there were three pharmacists and two other customers who weren't currently being helped.

My mom been laying in bed for 7 hours with a broken arm waiting for her pain meds and they STILL aren't ready! If they can't handle these orders then stop excepting them or hire more help!

Unfortunately due to my insurance only being accepted at CVS , I have to bare with being on hold for an hour . I was on hold yesterday for 45 minutes. Not only did I call the 1-800 number as well and the representative was ALSO on hold with Me !!!! for long periods of time with this pharmacy . This is absolutely terrible and disgusting. Their job is to provide customer assistance and I can’t even get a hold of anyone regarding my medication. There are people needing their medication not only to live but to get through work !!!! Someone needs to gut out the current staff and rehire of not HIRE. It is clearly a staffing issue . No one in there is capable of simply just answering the phone . I am currently trying to just transfer my medicine to another CVS and I can’t even do that . They don’t allow you to transfer online , must speak with someone. Who exactly do I speak to ? Absolutely pathetic. This location is a joke .
