I only could select one star but I would had rather had NO stars because the experience I indured on my visit to the pharmacy was just awful and stressful. Dropped off script at 10:45am and ask pharmacy Associate how long and she said an hour so I came back around 3:30pm and medication was not ready, the pharmacist was very rude and the pharmacist employee started telling me they are a day behind in orders and I stated this was not right and then she yells at my face telling me I should had come in earlier in the morning and I got offended and yelled back that i have been waiting since 11am and I was going out of town for 2 weeks and neded my son medication cause he can’t go almost 2 weeks without his medication and the pharmacist and employees were rude, unprofessional, nasty and uncaring. I moved from one rite aid to another because of the poor customer service they provided just to come to another pharmacy which is most worst customer service, I will NOT be returning or providing any of my time and money to Rite Aid, which this pharmacy branch only hires pharmacist and employees who are rude and uncaring. Bye bye bye Rite Aid I am taking my business to a local family own pharmacy and not wastijg my time and money to any Rite aid. This pharmacy was the most awful of all them all this pharmacy of Rite aid eats the entire cake for being the MOST UNCARING EMPLOYEES EVER

While I realize this store is in a more Spanish dominate part of town, the young stuck up girls working the cashiers spoke only in Spanish. They spoke to each other in Spanish while I was checking out and proceeded to laugh amongst themselves and giggle. I was not greeted or even spoken to when I went up to the counter. and will not be returning. Then there’s the pharmacy- the older woman that works there seemed extremely put off when I asked her to ask the pharmacist where my other prescription was. She then YELLED the name of my private script and my full name infront of numerous other customers. This is a HIPAA violation. Like I’m sorry you had to actually do your job. Shame they don’t hire professional people. Will not be returning.
