Great vehicles & A+ staff. Each time I rent from this location I am given a reliable vehicle. The staff is always kind and courteous. The wait time is minimal. I have had no issues when renting from this location (3 vehicles and 3 5-star ratings.)

Always get our rentals here. Only problem was in need of a rental due to car accident. Had to wait 4 days for a car that was rented by an insurance company which left us without a car for 4 days. While not entirely their fault, something needs done by car rental places that refuse to buy used vehicles to serve their customers.

Worst Customer Service at this location. Unwilling to help with anything. Enterprise used to go out of their way for their customers, but lately even Budget is amazing in comparison. Go somewhere else if you can.

This location has always been extremely professional and courteous. There's more going on behind the scenes than I thought as the person running this location is not only answering phones and completing all your necessary paperwork, they are also cleaning cars as they come in! I highly recommend becoming a member if you are going to rent a car even twice a year. As a member, you'll eliminate excessive paperwork, receive discounts and streamline the entire process. A few clicks on your phone and you're set.

Very terrible customer service with the employee and assistant manager. I highly recommend customer service training. They are very quick to get an attitude with the customer for simple questions . We had scheduled a rental months ahead of time with an insurance claim for them not to even be able to give us a car upon arrival. We had to pay out of pocket at a different location. If they communicated beforehand we could’ve simply rented from another company

Overall the customer service was good. Rental companies still need a credit card to hold their own deposit on the vehicle, which is different for every franchise. This rental was a direct bill & paid in full in advance with a priority pass from insurance coverage for an accident that was not any fault of mine. However, they still insist on holding your account hostage while you're driving the vehicle. I understand the problem but I don't agree with the operation policy. There are a lot of people who do not use or want a credit card for their own reasons. Luckily, I keep one around for just this reason! Again though the customer service was good!

This place use to be a 4 star, but decided to change their paying policy and not tell their customers. Have always used my debit card here, and now only excepts major Credit cards, which not everyone wants to have and or use Credit Cards. Management wouldn't work with me, to rectify the issue. I called two weeks ahead of time to make this reservation only to have my time and Spouse's time wasted.

This branch will not explain that you will be charged extra for rental insurance through enterprise. I placed a claim through my insurance company then I was charged for rental insurance through enterprise. When I asked about the charge I was told “well, you signed for it and nothing can be done because it was a manager” I explained that not once during my conversation with the agent was it explained to me they I would be charged extra for anything. Did I sign where I was asked to sign? Yes. Was I given a very brief overview? Yes. Was I told at any point I would be charged or expect to see a charge on my credit card? NO! I have full coverage insurance there is no need to pay additional insurance not to mention my credit card carries rental insurance. Moving forward the insurance was removed but the charges were not backdated. I’m sure this branch, like others need to make their quota but this is shady business practices. I returned the first vehicle because after driving it for a few days it sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. The second vehicle I was given has a significant scratch (the entire left side front bumper, the paint was rubbed off from an accident” also the car was dirty inside, they didn’t even bother to clean it... and it’s COVID times! If this is what they have to rent then it is what it is but I’ll just know now to take my business elsewhere. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve placed a complaint with corporate and my insurance provider.

The car that I received for a rental was completely trashed on the inside. The seats were all stained and the dash was so dusty! I was told a price and then charged a completely different price. My advice to you is make sure you confirm multiple times what you’ll be charged, they give you a total and then take you outside to inspect the car and ask you if you want protection plan if you agree to it, apparently your total will completely change. They provide you a tablet to sign make sure you read it word for word, I learned the hard way. I will not be back, they have completely lost my business.

We made our reservation 3 months ahead of our vacation. Wanted a large SUV to take on our beach trip. Called two week before leaving to make sure everything was still good to go and was informed that they “over booked” and it would be first come first serve for who get the vehicles based on when they where booked. They offered us an SUV, but already owning a Yukon, that was not helping me out. Sid then offered to put me into a mini van. I took it. I showed up the morning of our reservation, completed paperwork, and walked through the lot. It was then that they broke the news to me that they would have to give me a larger van. A 16 passenger van. This was not going to work. Maybe if I where taking the Sunday school class to the pumpkin patch, but not for a 11 hour trip with my family. I was told that they had nothing else available and I was SOL. After calling around, delaying our departure by 3 hours, and spending an additional $450 I secured an mini van from another company. On my return home, I called/ emailed the corporate office and local office 5 times and never even got a call or email back. Never again will I use this company based on pour customer support and a horrible experience.
