They are always quick and courteous when I take my vehicles in for service. And if they don't have the parts in stock, they are very fast, normally same day or next morning. 2 thumbs up

Went to get my oil changed a little back because I was (really) pushing it on the mileage, and even though it was 4 in the afternoon, they still got me in and did an oil change. They were friendly and professional and not to mention I only paid $7 for 2,000 more miles between changes. Yeah that definitely was worth the extra few bucks. Thanks Quick Lane! Definitely going here again!

Zero stars if possible!!! Don't waste your time with these guys. They damage vehicles and claim that they didn't do it. This location fails to take responsibility for damage they have caused. They are privately operated so corporate can't really help with damages this shop caused. Your better off going to another local shop. Try Indiana or take a drive to Pittsburgh.

Wife took her jeep for an oil change today they said next time it will need an air filter she went to advanced auto to pick up an air filter when she got home i opened the hood and the air filter box wasnt bolted back to the bracket 2 screws were on the plastic by the windshield while replacing the air filter box back in place i dropped my wrench and when i pucked it up i noticed a puddle of oil under the jeep and lots of clean oil everywhere still dripping i checked the dip stick and it was almost down to the add mark after sitting for over an hour stay away from these quacks if you want good service

If I could give this Tri-Star Quick Lane location zero stars I would. Not too long ago I had these guys order and install both of my front tires. Dropped the car off at lunch time, picked it up at 4. Payed got my keys. First thing I noticed is that the my doors were left unlocked. So I get into my vehicle and I find grease spots all over the door, doorjam and smudges of an unknown substance on my shifter. But I haven't complained. So I clean my new tires and rims and I find scratch marks on the outer perimeter of the rim making a semi circle shape, resembling the shape of a shop tire separator machine. I then go to the opposite wheel (Front Right) and I see the same struggle marks on the perimeter of the rim where the tires makes contact with the rim. So the finish of the rim is scarred on both front wheels. Both marking are the exact same shape and on both sides of the front tires. I called Dodge's costumer service line and reported the incident. Then went to the location where u spoke to the service manager and showed him the damage. Of course the manager denies that his shop caused the damage knowing that his techs changed just the front 20" low profile tires. My car is fairly new and I even showed the manager pictures of before the damage was done to both wheeles that THEY worked on. I baught my car a year ago with no damage to the front wheeles, took it to the "dealer" for its first tire change and I leave with damaged rims and no help. P.S. DONT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE THEY DO BUTCH WORK AND WHEN CONFRONTED THEY SIMPLY DENY IT. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME, YOU WOULD BE DOING YOURSELF A FAVOR.
