I rented a fifteen foot uhaul and got horrible milage. I think i went about 65 miles and put 16 gallons of gas in the tank. What a waste of time and money

I ordered a truck it was supposed to be mobile pick up they changed it last minute to hand delivery they are slow as all get out and made me late for my movers this cost me money.

You see all these signs, 19.99 per day. Without taking the insurance it's closer to 100 bucks a day than 20.

This review is not a vehicle rental review. This is regarding my attempt to purchase moving supplies. Through the U-Haul website, I discovered this location. I called ahead to ensure that they had the box sizes and quantities I required. The first person I spoke with didn't have the answers to these simple questions; 27 minutes later, I received a call back confirming that they had what I wanted. When I arrived, there was a sign on the locked door: Be back in 10 minutes. 12 minutes later, a woman informed me that she'd be with me soon. Inside the building, I noticed the box prices were more than twice the price advertised on the U-Haul website. I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind the dramatic price difference, but apparently, they rent U-Haul vehicles, sell U-Haul boxes and the U-Haul website lists them as a dealer...but they aren't technically U-Haul. I wanted to buy a total of 60 boxes and asked if they could match the advertised prices. (Frankly, in order to save time and gas, I would've bought them if they cost just a little more than the online price, but more than double the cost was ridiculous.) She didn't have the authority to price match, but when she finally contacted the person of authority, he declined, offering no compromise as an incentive to keep the possible sale, not to mention keeping a customer satisfied. As I pulled away from their store (without boxes) I had to laugh when I read the sign that said, WE MATCH ANY PRICE, GUARANTEED! Apparently that doesn't apply to matching their own website!
