I love the store, I don't go in often anymore as I feel like the staff are trained to think everyone is shoplifting and I know it's a major retail problem but this is the only store I truly feel like my every step is watched I still gave the store a 5 star review because it really is a great store

Shopping at Spencer’s is always a fun and great experience. One of their employees in particular really made my visit there special! Alisha was quick with greeting me as soon as I came in, and so eager to help me find the best birthday gift for my brother! I’m a very indecisive person and I don’t think I could have found the perfect gift without her engaging attitude and expertise. She had answers to all my questions, you could really tell she loves her job and making others happy. I’ve never had a bad experience at Spencer’s, their employees truly are fantastic!

When I walked into Spencer's, I was greeted by a very friendly employee and they proceeded to help me with what I was looking for! We bonded over incense and she was telling me all about oils and their benefits, very knowledgable when I had no idea on anything! Been in a few times and the customer service has always been amazing.

I love shopping at this Spencer’s location in particular because it always has the nicest staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it really makes a huge difference. There is one closer to where I live but going to the one in the Leominster Mall is worth the extra drive just to be able to leave a happy customer.

I felt very uncomfortable and judged when I entered the store with my girlfriend. The store created an unwelcoming vibe through its employees in a way that I had never seen before. I don't believe I offended anyone with my presence, so I assume that the store-employees were simply being rude and indifferent towards the customer service aspect of their job.

Man this store is always awesome. Everytime I go in there its clean, the employees are nice, the products are fun and funny as hell. Always a favorite in that mall. Love it. <3

Spencer is a place everyone can find something to make you look twice. If it is a funny or crude T-shirt, mug, sign, button, poster or toy then Spencer may have it. Lots of drinking and smoking stuff. if sexy clothes or sex toys are your thing then you can find an assortment here also. Spencer is a fun place to walk around and have some fun.
