Was renting from this company and had left for vacation, they showed up at my house every single day while we were gone. I saw them from my video camera banging on my doors and ringing my doorbell at lease 10 times. And each and every single day they showed up and even started looking through my windows!!! Left trash all over my porches when they left they’re stickers! The sale itself wasn’t that bad but they put in half my information incorrectly and had to call and get that fixed. I returned home from vacation and returned the item, I am not going to rent from a company that is so inconsiderate of their own customers.

Regardless if you are a day late or a wk late(bc of when pay falls) they harass you and call you constantly and pound on your door like they are the cops.. Once my payments are done on what im paying i will not go thru Aarons again

All I have to say is this. We thought they were different than rent a center but now I'm starting to think different. They used to put my payments in one but all of a sudden they decided to split it up. Than they call me and wake me up after I work midnight just for an update credit card cause I got my to late to give it to them. Never again, just like rent a center!!

Nobody waited on us after we looked for a good ten min. Sales person standing outside smoking and complaining to someone in a car when we went to front to at up a rental. Other sales person finally came out after I called the store and told me at 7:45pm that it was too late for me to purchase a washer dryer set but they'd take my info. I got mad because this was my only free time this week and was leaving. Sales person came in from outside and was making remarks at me.

I have rented off them for years and years now and I don't think I will renting off them again and thats a shame. Your not even a day late and they are showing up at your door beating on it 7 days a week, everyday until they get in touch with you, it's called harassment. The lady I have dealt with is very rude and inconsiderate. I have complained about this lady and she still is very rude. You could be nice as pie to her and she is still rude, not someone that should be dealing with customers. My brother has rent a center and they are so nice there, so if I do need anything again im pretty sure that is where I will be going after this ordeal. Not a happy customer at all. 20yrs it has been.

Well let me tell you this , when I find started at Aaron's they was great , now you can call abd they don't like to answer the phone. The girls that work the front desk are great, but the sales manager and gm manager could learn from them . As the sales manager I asked about a washer and he lied about it after you rent something and you call them out on it you get attitude and talked to like your not smart enough. After I pay this off I will definitely go somewhere else. Bring a friend with you or read about what your going to get if you want the truth

Not very helpful and not very friendly on the phone. I asked them to replace the mattress cover because the zipper broke. They lied and said they would replace the mattress cover when they came to Kittaning. They lied and they mattress cover is now open with a broken zipper and they never bothered to replace it. I call that bad customer service. Also the day I ordered the bed the woman I talked to on the phone was not friendly at all and not that helpful. I do like the bed though . Something needs to be done about the bad customer service.

Not my favorite store we asked about PlayStation five they wanted $ 1,500 to rent and lady keep saying first come first serve I wanted ask manager they keep asking for my name it’s a rip off that you have rent I think it’s waste of time and money give someone else doesn’t deserve money my option . If other people’s like doing it it’s ok to them but I’m not rent out for ps5 that much waste time and gas

Iv been going through Aaron's for a few years. The first time I did I got a washer and a dryer. But,as soon as it was pd off both decided to not work anymore. Yes,the washer had a recall and theu fixed it. So,I got a a new washer amd dryer. I also got a living room set through them. Everything is pd off. I had never missed a payment or anything. Today,we decided to look at beds. We agree that we want a king. We were in there today for about 30 minutes. Not one person sad hello or came to see if we need help. All they were doing was eating pizza in the office. You guys just lost a sale and also a costumer.

I will never again rent from Aaron's. We tell them for weeks to came get there merchandise, they kept saying how much can u afford to give us I tell them we can't we don't have the money. An when they do say they will pick it up they lie to us an I call them the next day they say they won't pick it up. We have to get rid of it our self. So be careful.
