Staff is friendly but they definitely a rip off the professionals with the discounting. Professional means they pay the wholesale price, not the mark up price minus 20 or 30% as a discount. No warranty on any electrical tools. Professionals and future professionals you are better off staying to cosmoptof and Amazon for your professional needs as you are completely covered in all aspects.

Placed an order for pickup. It tells me the order is ready. Drive all the way there and they’re closed. I arrived less than 15 minutes after the order was placed. I even arrived before their posted closing hours... I’m so annoyed.

Didn’t realize the store was closing early due to reduced hours and there were other customers in the store also and the lady told me they were closing and basically said if I didn’t know what I wanted then I had to leave. Could’ve went about that a whole better way OR offered to help me.. as I was trying to figure out the best dye to purchase. I was turned off by how rude she was though so I will not be returning. She then proceeded to help the other customer in the Store and check her out... I’m dissapointed because I really like Sally’s but have continuously received poor service the past few times. It’s a shame they treat customers like this . I really needed that hair dye and now I have to go somewhere else.

How is this a beauty supply store but they don’t sell braiding hair. I was told they got rid of it. I’m pretty positive most of their customers are African American. So this makes absolutely no sense. They keep the clip in extensions but get rid of braiding hair

I went in to get lavender hair color and the girl working told me i would need a developer, and told me to use that whole bottle. So when I did, it turned my hair dark blue. I went in the next day to ask for help on how to fix my hair and a different lady working told me to use a lighter hair color to get out the blue. When I did that, it turned my hair BRIGHT blue. I finally went to the sally's on the carlisle pike, when the girl working there finally was able to help me find the correct product. I will not be returning to this sally's in camp hill.
