The delivery service was very timely and friendly. They notified me a few days prior of their expected shipment day so I could make arrangements, then a closer time window the day before. They helped deliver a sofa sectional from Castlery in two large boxes and were very efficient and friendly. Thank you!

XPO delivered and installed our new LG OTR Microwave from Sams Club. It took a couple weeks because on the first scheduled delivery date they didn’t show up and didn’t call. When it was rescheduled they again didn’t call and when the 1:30-5:30pm delivery window passed, I reached out through XPO text chat. They contacted the installer who was running behind and they were able to show up and install the microwave quickly.

Dealing with XPO has been a total diaster. XPO was to deliver and install a washer, dryer and refrigerator. The techs showed up without parts to install. I purchased parts for them at a local hardware store but in the middle of the install they received instruction from XPO to leave and they did leaving the appliances in my kitchen. A 2nd install was scheduled. After waiting for over 4 hours and an assurace that they were still coming, no one showed up and the crew sent a an automated message saying the install was complete and went home without contacting me. Now after weeks of trying I can't get XPO to resolve the situation. Forcing me to cancel my order with Samsung. XPO now claims it is a Samsung problem

The two delivery men were courteous, arrived within the 30min lead time they gave me. The set up of my new mattress was quick and they took away old bedding and packaging as promised.

The two delivery men, came on time, were courteous, did the work very fast. The work for fast but nicely done. As I was frustrated about my current refrigerator going bad in just 5 years and whirpool refusing to help. The delivery men, were kind enough to indulge me which tells me they had good soft skills too. They made sure the refrigerator is working and answered all our questions.

I’d go with 4.6 not a full 5 star. Just so you know XPO dose not do the physical delivery they farm it out to some crew Frogs Feet Delivery (not there real name). My wife received the Frige. So Frogs Feet watched the wife leave the house to go for a walk without saying a word, and amazingly they were not happy when she returned home. Bottom line I have a new Frige in perfect condition Frogs Feet did a very good job finishing the trek the LG went on. XPO don’t be afraid to say who will be outside the door when the Christmas fairy arrives.

My order was delivered right within the 3hour window I was given. The 2 gentlemen that delivered it were very friendly and brought the boxes right inside. I love my new dining room set! I already had the one bench to match the set perfectly!
