About as good as it gets for service. The guy at the checkout gave my son a little diecast car, super nice touch. Updated the stickers with notations on service plan. Fair price, good all the way around!

I Purchased 4 Continental tires for my Acura at this facility. Matt and Chris gave me a great price on the tires and installation. Chris even found an additional $70 rebate from Continental Tire and had the form available when I picked up my car. They also performed a 4 wheel alignment on my Acura at a special discount because I purchased 4 tires. I really like going here. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they are going to do. And when you take your car there, they don't come back to you with a laundry list of extraneous stuff that they think you should do.

I originally started my experience with them by trying to call. When I called. , both times, I got a fast busy. So I decided to drive up. Quick Lane is not exactly quick. It took the better part of an hour to get an oil change without an appointment. Because I had never been there as a customer, they required, yes required, my registration before they could set up the order. Of course they also made an effort to check for other things that could use some maintenance. If I sound frustrated, I am. I had hopes that a Quick Lane would be similar to a Jiffy Lube. You drive up. Get a quick oil change and leave. I would say they did not do anything wrong but they didn't do much to impressed me to come back.

The service I receive at Garnet Ford is always exceptional. Bryan, Mike & Ira always make me feel welcome and appreciated. Their new facility is beautiful! I have a level of trust with them I have not found with any other service facility. Strongly recommend them!
