I wanted to give them $1700 for a washer and a dryer. I walked to the appliances and the guy, George, working there just stood there. After a few minutes I walked over to him and he ignored me and asked the people behind me if he could help them. So I waited. After 10 minutes I walked up front to ask if I could get some help at appliances. I went back to see him talking to the customer before me. When he was free he stood at the computer and I asked if he could help me. The guy seemed miserable and not very helpful. He complained about not having a lunch yet and seemed irritated about ringing up a washer dryer. I'll start going a little further down the road to Home Depot.

Destroyed my floor installing a fridge and when I called, the assistant store manager told me it was the delivery company and hung up on me. Delivery company tells me it's Lowes. Update - 09/06/2022: They responded to this post, but never reached back out. They act like they care but don't. - I will delete this if they reach back out and correct the issue.

I needed paint. I entered the paint area and started looking around. The clerk never acknowledged me. Well I am ok with that, until a guy walks by, and the clerk immediately offers to help him. It took me 4 times to ask the clerk for help as he was on the computer doing something. I waited for my paint, and waited... here, he had finished and put in the 'pick up ' area. I had no idea. Ugh! Just isn't like it used to be. The cashier, Nick, was great. He gets the 3 stars. Paint guy - zero.

Lowes uses bytor for installations. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Lowes needs to fire them or lose customers like me. Dishwasher arrived at store on Aug 4th. On the 9th I got an email from bytor that earliest date is 22nd between 12 and 3. No other options. If not good provide 3 other dates. Wrote back that 22nd not good but gave them the next three days 23 24 25th. They wrote back and .said not good give another 3 days. This was ridiculous so tried to call. Placed on hold for 30 minutes and then went to voice mail to leave a message which I did and of course no call back Called Lowes and they said nothing they can do.Worst customer service ever.

I like the garden center. They generally have a good selection and often carry native flowers. There were not many people when I went so I enjoyed browsing undisturbed at my leisure. This is a great place to go in August to get end if season perenials. They have enough time to adapt after you plant them and then come back next year. The staff was nice and willing to help if you need it and some of them are knowledgeable about plants

I just wanted to thank Gregory Powell, Kitchen Project Specialist, at the Cranberry location for all his assistance in designing our new kitchen. He provided valuable insight into the layout, available products and possible construction concerns. His professionalism and ability to walk us through each step in the process was amazing. Do not purchase a door through Lowes. I have a damaged door without a handle sitting in my garage and no plan from Lowes on how to resolve this. They are telling me that I am outside of the time frame to cancel my order so they may not be able to do a refund. Several months ago I purchased a door to be installed from Lowes. They charged me the full amount at the time of order. The order has been postponed multiple times due to supply chain issues at Lowes. The door arrived last week, but was damaged (missing a handle and screen had holes and door had cosmetic damage). They have stock doors that would work for me, but the store told me they don't install stock doors. Apparently, they cannot replace the screen and the handle. The only option would be to wait for another custom door that I actually don't need to be custom. They have been unresponsive and done nothing to try to reasonably and logically solve this issue. I have had great experiences with other areas of this Lowes store including appliances, but clearly doors is something to avoid.

I’m disgusted by my most recent experience here. Why would you send a pregnant woman who is nearly due to deliver chemicals and bags of soil to a customer? Are you out of your mind or do you have no regard for safety? Also, your employee John in gardening could use an attitude adjustment when it comes to customers. When I purchase 12 bags of mulch to be loaded into the bed of my truck, I don’t expect to be talked down to like a small child. Don’t expect my business at your location or any other Lowes any time in the near future.

I just bought a Samsung washing machine. It was delivered a week ago. I did not use it all last week. This past weekend I used it and found out that the delivery person did not connect the water hoses to the correct water valves. That's the easy part. The awful and infuriating part came when I called Lowes to have someone come out to reconnect the hoses, as I can't. The runaround was unbelievable. Evidently very few people work on Mondays. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. At every transfer, there was just more waiting. I will never buy a big ticket item from Lowes again.

Bought a $550 smoker. We opted to have it be delivered AND assembled. Smoker showed up NOT assembled. When we reached out to customer service they gave us the biggest run around imaginable. No one could tell us why it had not been assembled before being delivered and it was just the blame game. The first woman we spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on us. After an hour on the phone they told us someone could potentially come out 4 days from now and assemble the smoker. Overall ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Will not be back for any big purchases that require a little communication and help from Lowes.
