If you're opening an account I suggest going to the West Pittston location. I opened my checking account with "Hope" she was very rude and had an attitude the whole time I felt like she didn't even want to help. I went shopping a few days later and my card kept saying declined so I called customer service and they told me she never activated my card. Who does that? An unprofessional and careless person does! The only good thing about this branch is the drive-thru ATM.

Since the closure of the Avoca branch this branch has been the only close alternative and has disappointed to say the least. If PNC was insistent on closing one branch, they should have ensured that the replacement branch could handle the influx of customers from the closed branch. Instead they have a line out the door, moving extra slow. This is not the type of convenience I expect with PNC and it has me seeking alternate banks to give my business.

I have an account there they're always helpful but sometimes there's someone taking too long at the ATM I think they should add another one in
