Good: Nurse practitioner Phillipa is great and 2 stars only for her. She went above and beyond for me and forever grateful to her. BAD: whoever this other lady, named Simi, is so unprofessional. Doesn't know the value of her profession at all. Can't accommodate you even if u like 5 10 minutes late. And the atitude in her body language, as if she is a doctor. B*T**.

Now I know why they only have 2.6 stars. I went to get a RAPID covid test. All good. They said I would get the results without THREE HOURS. Well, twenty six hours and thirteen calls later, I still don’t have my results. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional staff.

I have been to this CVS many times and those did a great job, for being short handed and with rude customers, who need to learn how to treat people with respect. Keep the great job.

When calling say TALK to MANAGER! To avoid being sent to International call center repeatedly. After +30 min of waiting and 2 ridiculous trips thru their automated answering programs, store manager confirmed at 5pm nurse didn't show up today, so all appts were canceled ... but they didn't tell me that in their 3 text messages today reminding me of my 4:30pm appointment. Saddly this has happened before! Poor service model as established on corporate level!

Never thought I'd write a review for a store, but I deem it important to give credit where credit is due. I was needing an emergency Rapid Covid Test as I was flying out the same day. I am not from Dallas and a lot of the clinics in the (airport area) were offering same day results at ridiculous rates ($150-$200!) I found an appt, slot at this CVS in Grapevine and I have to say these ladies were the most efficient, kindest, professionals I could ask for! They were helpful, but they got me in and out in 10 minutes and had my results back within an hour! From the moment that I booked the appt. they quickly confirmed (via text) the time that I would be coming in and answered all my questions. Can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation into a pleasant experience that allowed me to travel that same day. I highly recommend them and kudos to CVS's MinuteClinic for taking care of things when they are needed the most.

Don't bother getting tested for Covid-19 they will go through your whole medical history before you can get your results. They finally told me I was negative. I bought the at home test and went home and tested positive. Went to Care Now and confirmed positive test.

I HAVE DIED WAITING ON HOLD FOR THE PHARMACY. After several days awaiting follow-up from the pharmacist, I have expired while they move at a glacial pace. It must be task saturating to answer the phone or provide any service at this location. If you value your health, find a different pharmacy.

I am TRYING to speak with a pharmacist or pharmacy staff re: having my elderly mother's Rx delivered to her there in Grapevine. It's time important! I live 45 minutes away. For the first attempt, I was on hold for 14 minutes & 18 seconds. For the second attempt, I gave up after 10 minutes & 12 seconds. In the time it took to listen to their hyper-chipper repeated recordings over & over again, I could have practically driven into Grapevine to pick up the Rx!!! (But I'm unable to today, hence the need for their attention!) This unsuccessful phone status is the norm there. When I do deal directly with them at the store, they are usually pleasant. But the phone service - horrible!!

Worst ever. Pharmacy never answers phone. We have requested they STOP trying to refill prescriptions because we have moved. They have been told several times but still insist on filling prescriptions without authorization which causes all new prescriptions at other pharmacies (our new pharmacy is NOT cvs) to be tied up and delayed. They keep sending emails & text forever. Best not to ever get involved.
