Went in there by chance after a horrible experience with Aarons. I was looking for a bedroom set because i recently moved and my old furniture was not worth taking. I had the best experience ever with them and i couldn't be happier. The lady at the store (sorry i dont remember her name) was amazing and so friendly and went above and beyond and made the process so easy. i was in and out in less than an hour and had my furniture delivered within a week or so. Would totally recommend them to everyone! They even had it delivered a day earlier than expected which was wonderful because i was without! The men that delivered the furniture were wonderful and was able to move around in the small place they had. I was then told that one of the men was the owner and he was so nice and i was amazed to see the owner busting his butt delivering to his customers. i wish i could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Do not waste your time anywhere else! Thanking them so much for the experience!

Placed an order on 4/21 today is 7/9 still no delivery. I have been in contact through email with customer service numerous times. They claim that the item is now in the hands of a delivery service. The delivery service will not return my emails to give me a ship date.
