I am customer with science bank are Wachovia in 2007 around this area I use Kingston barch well manners staff i was in bank to deposit my business account check to deposit in personal account bank teller refund because name hand written doesn't match but i went 2 miles away another barch they don't have any questions I don't understand policy.

In 20 years with Wellsfargo this was the worst experience. Ashley is on a power trip and is the worst possible person to deal with when dealing with large amounts. I’ve lived in 3 states and several different areas in PA. Stay away from this branch. They will hold your money on large amounts don’t hand them the check. Even if you tell them not to scan it they will then hold it. They try to say they can cover the scan but no one will except it. This kid told me yeah I can remove the hold but I’m not!! Good bye Wells Fargo! Ashley you stole from my family!

I agree with most the other comments here. Alberola the branch manager I agree is racist and clearly discriminates. I have never in 5 years had a worst experience with wells fargo other than dealing with this branch manager. It is people with attitudes like this that are truly disappointing in life.

I never have dealt with racism until today. George thinks I got to much money in my account because I’m black and he didn’t let me withdraw money. I went to Kingston, he called them and told them not to give me the money. I called customer service they say he was wrong.

Me and my Girlfriend went there to refinance her auto loan we waited over 2 hours to get seen by a banker who end up lying to my girlfriend saying since it was Saturday he would call her first thing Monday which never happened. Then we called there 1800 number to be transferred all around to being to told that we had to go back to the bank to find out. So we made a call the the bank that helped her do the refinance paperwork to find out she was not approved for a lower apr rate which she was at the best through dealer services which was a different then what they would raise her apr rate to. So she's at a high 11 percent apr rate for over a year of excellent on time payment record with a credit so of over a 700 hundred. They could not even let her know that she wasn't able to get a lower apr rate on top of their advertising commercials of transparency and commitment to their loyal customers. Hah what a joke she went to another bank which was PNC who gave her 5 percent interest rate and the approval right away like they wanted her as their customer and valued her. She was no only able to get a better apr rate she was also told had she had an account with them and did a refinance after her good payment history and good credit she would of be in their lowest apr bracket. So now when we hear that Wells Fargo commercial we laugh because it's all talk no action. They should back up what they say.

I guess the world that we live in doesn't allow for blacks to have anything.. I've never experienced racism until my visit at Wells Fargo in Edwardsville pa.... I work very hard for the things in life that I want,need and deserve...it's sad to know that racism still exists and it's acceptable in some communities and businesses... I will never ever again in my life as long as god give me breath to live step foot in any Wells Fargo again....

Never had a problem. The manager was locking the door on a Saturday and unlocked when he saw my daughter and myself. Now I'm going to plug the staff in plains PA. AWESOME!!👍

Fast and efficient. Parking is a little scarce for being in a shopping plaza with a restaurant right across. But the tellers are always gast.
