The most disorganized, chaotic mess I've ever shopped at. Trash everywhere, full carts blocking walkways, the shelves that are stocked have zero organization. Drive an extra few minutes and pick a different store.

Edwardsville Dollar General is where I shop for many of my household necessities since they've opened this location. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous and bad employees are weeded out pretty quickly. Smaller than some of the other area DG's (no clothing section) but all the staples are usually in stock.

They are so lazy they close early they're robbing the store themselves due to the fact that they're supposed to be open till 10:00 I have pictures that I was there 10 of and they have the door locked. I live right here in Edwardsville I spend thousands of dollars there over months and now they just lost a customer. Now I'll go over to the family Dollar that's right across the street so those of you who go to the dollar store just don't want the street to family Dollar they'll take you better care of you at least stay stay there till the time that they're supposed to close

Edwardsville store at the plaza is so neat, clean. Prices are amazing and lots of name brand groceries at great prices, better than chain grocery stores. This store is so big inside, lots of items, well stocked. Great household and garden items too. New favorite discount store to shop.

Love the dollar store..but it's totally cluttered anymore and usually one cashier, for a line of people out the door, but there was one awesome worker that was stocking shelves with blonde hair, didnt catch her name, anything you ask FRIENDLY AND TRULY TRIED TO HELP, AGAIN NOT HER FAULT the store is constantly changing and you cant even get in the isles....wish they would fix it

I went in for a simple one item purchess and walked up to cash out. The cashier was not very friendly. Nor was she polite when we left. She told everyone before me have a good weekend, but when i was done not even a have a nice day. She needs to work on here customer service skills a bit more.

This place is always trashed front to back.so much stuff is broken it unreal. Went there for a large storage tote but all 9 they had are cracked and broken.

I like shopping here..the ladies are friendly and knows where everything is.I had a special moment when one of their Assistants I think she said her name was teasha... took her time to help me to my car because I had surgery.I personally thanked her. The store looks much cleaner keep up the good work

Great for a quick in and out, or if your single and dont need family size everything, this is perfect, you can still find normal sizes, not triple mega packages of TP, lol, also nice they carry seasonal products that other Grocery Stores may not carry.

Service here is great. Staff friendly and always willing to help. This store gets extremely busy and the staff never seems to faulter. Great under pressure and always welcoming. Shelves are always well stocked and neat.
