The care and customer service I recieved was top notch. Started with a phone call, to ask about services and cost. Very nice on the phone and knowledgeable. Ended up going because of this and everyone was so nice and caring from the receptionist, to the nurse and the doctor. The whole experience was great, would highly recommend.

All of the staff was absolutely terrific. The wait was not long. Everyone was very professional; from the receptionist, the Vitals PA, the X-Ray Tech and ultimately the Physician Assistant. I really felt cared for and listened to so a proper diagnosis could be determined. Special thanks to my PA L Davis. I'm sure he'll make a great Dr. someday soon and I'll be on the look out to hire him as my PCP when he does. Thank you.

They took me in almost 7:00 p.m. even though I was there for a little while I can't blame them I had to recheck up two days later Make sure that I got there early and I did I was the first patient and they take care of me right away and they treated me like part of the family so I am so fortunate to have found this MedExpress urgent Care in Edwardsville customer service was great phenomenal I will suggest for you to go there but please keep in mind like any other care facility if you get there and there's a lot of people you will wait so understand have patience but the staff is amazing The doctor as well

This MedExpress location in Edwardsville is Great!!! I always have gotten in and out very quick with all my health concerns addressed. Staff is great also. This has been my go to place for many years whenever it is after hours for my family Dr. Highly recommend 10 /10!!!

The clinic was not scheduled to open until 8 am, we arrived early. While we waited the staff began to arrive , I stopped one ro ask if they administered Benadryl shots. I had been stung by Wasp and had a bad reaction. She said yes and asked if I had pre registered, I had not. She offered to help by taking my cards in and getting me on the patient list her kindness was greatly appreciated The doctor who treated me was courteous and professional .I was in and out in about half an hour I would highly recommend this facility for your Urgent care needs .I only wish the clinics around us had staggered hours

I had a severe UTI and my PCP was out. Needed antibiotic before the weekend. I was seen promptly and the staff was excellent! Thanks to ME, I had a pain free weekend!

Super quick, friendly staff. Went in for a covid rapid test. At the busiest hours, according to Google. Did not even take an hour. Registered in my car. 10 minutes later they called with some screening questions. 5 minutes later, I was in the exam room, being tested.

They misplaced important paperwork and then eventually found it but filled out the wrong ones. Receptionist obviously seems to have no idea what she’s doing. Being the only person in the waiting room, waited over an hour and a half. Performed unnecessary parts of the physical. Definitely not worth aggravation going there again.

Took my Great Niece here this week. The receptionist was extremely nice as were the nurses and doctors. The doctor joked with my niece and made her feel comfortable and trusting. When we were done he took her behind the Nursing/Doctor station and let her pick out stickers. He was extraordinarily nice and made the visit pleasant.

I usually loathe going to urgent care but that's because I've been going to Geisinger on E Mountain Blvd. I went here because they were open an hour earlier and I'm so glad I did! The check in process was easy and quick and I LOVED the triage nurse with the stylish pumas. I wish I remembered her first name, she was so kind to me. 😊 The doctor was also very nice and explained things to me in a thorough way without making me feel dumb. He quickly came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan, too. Even the lady at check out was really nice. Facilities were also clean with a nice atmosphere.
