Went to replace my mother's battery because it died in the parking lot. I did not have the right size socket but low and behold a coat factory sold socket sets!

5 years ago this was the place to go for out of date designer leftovers at less than half the price. There was an over abundance of designer clothing to choose from (especially shoes and boots). I loved shopping for things to wear when I would need clothing for modeling but now this store seems to have gone waaay down in quality. Plastic shoes manufactured in sweat shops characterize their shoe and boot palette. Just disgusting quality and limited choices. I am disturbed and unimpressed with the lack of diversity in their shoe and boot selection. I would have equal or better choices at The Salvation Army Thrift Store lately. Other than their magnificent cost selection (which has gone down a bit also) this store, to me has gone down in quality merchandise being offered. I went from "Stop-N-Save" to "Stop-N-Crave."

Fairly limited clothing selection. No real organization to the style of clothes, so it was a bit of an annoyance to find appropriate clothing for an 11 year old.. the store was clean and the workers were friendly though.

Opens at 0930 am. It has a good selection of name brand clothes. Only thing is sometimes the selection is very limited.

We had a few questions about our 02 and propane sensor. Customer service manager was really helpful and told us not to replace the unit. It would go off while cutting onions in the kitchen. He also said that other peoples dog would pass gas an the sensor would go off along with certain cleaning supplies also set it off

Well I will start this review by letting you know this is NOT a coat factory! I waltzed in with hopes that I would see coats being made right in front of my very eyes! I thought I'd go on a Reading Rainbow like journey or should I say a Mr. Roger's adventure, deep diving into the making of coats whilst conducting an interview with a local factory worker and just have a great educational experience. That did not happen but I did find a nice shirt and a kettlebell for under 15 smackaroos, that pleased me! 5 stars for that I say!!

I absolutely struck gold with this store! Eleven years had passed since I purchased any new jackets, shirts, or anything else of that nature. The prices of all Burlington's merchandise is what amazed me the most - more than one hundred dollars off the MSRP of some jackets. The selection was astounding too - such a wide range of variety in style and design. While enjoying my shopping experience, I noticed the other customers were well-mannered, respectful, and kept social distancing in mind. I even overheard one man state, "Wow! Look at this, hun. That's a really good deal!" He had tried on one of the puffy, winter coats. She replied with, "You can't wear that. You look like you're going to Antarctica. No." I couldn't help but smile - and they saw it - which prompted them both to laugh. 😆 I ended up getting a big ol' bag of clothes for just over two hundred bucks (which would've normally been the price of just one jacket). Turns out, Burlington's discount days are on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The cashier (Jenna) appeared conflicted, improperly trained, and anxious. She also dropped my clothes on the floor...twice. After dropping them a second time, I told her to wait as I retrieved a different Calvin Klein jacket from the sales floor. Reason being, the original one had visible dirt and glitter sparkles all over it from the dirty floor. I asked her, "Is that glitter on the jacket that I see?" The cashier simply laughed it off and stated, "Oh, yeah, we had glitter up here earlier." Well, I'm purchasing a brand new jacket. It should not be sold to me with visible dirt streaks and glitter all over it. She should've took a couple deep breaths, collected herself, and perhaps the transaction would've went more smoothly. I suggest providing your staff with a refresher course on basic customer transaction and interaction skills. Remember: Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. If you're looking for super low prices, and on name brand items, Burlington's is the place to shop - especially on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays!!! I'm very satisfied with the products, prices, and customer-base. 🤑 💯 💥 👕 👖 👍
