This giant and Fairless Hills is better than most Giants whoever the manager is he definitely knows how to run it and the stock it two other Giants in the area including Feasterville is not Stockwell always out of things and have outdated merchandise especially the Feasterville one

First time coming here and the store was amazing and clean. They even have a robot that cleans the aisles, I mean how cool is that?! Definitely coming back here the next time I am in the area!! 🙂

There were 4 of us waiting for 15 or 20 minutes for deli meat. Only one employee and she was slicing meat for people that prefer ordered on the kios. RIDICULOUS

I was waiting a little bit for my cake order at the bakery when there was no one there. I walked over to customer service and Keri and Jeanette were right there to help me get my order. People like them are sweethearts and we definitely need more of them in this world!!

My family has been shopping here for many years now. This past sunday 8/21/22 at 10:30-closing, my boyfriend purchased a ginger ale from the front coolers (at the cash registers). He did not realize at first that there was a slit in the bottle at the top and it was unsealed. He had a couple sips and we went back to the store. A lady at the self checkout counter took the drink and let us get a new one and was very polite. What we are upset about is the way her supervisor (The manager on that night) handled the situation. My boyfriend stated to her that he felt odd from the drink. He didn't drink enough to harm him but something wasn't right. She responded basically saying "we all make stuff up in our heads" and didn't even offer to send to posion control or any authority. Now, 2 days since, my boyfriends throat has been uncomfortable, sore and hard to swallow.

I have shopped at Giant multiple times a week for the last 10 years . I love the store but I have to give only 3 stars due to your deli dept employees. On multiple occasions they have cut my meat thick after asking for it to be thin. If I ask for it to be cut a certain way I get an attitude. At one point I would literally use the kiosk and be back quick , watch them cut my meat , id grab it and they would not call my number until after I was finished other shopping and checking out. Coincidence? I think not. They have poor attitudes and need to learn some customer service. Otherwise the store and other employees are awesome. Great make over also. Much needed !

The new reset makes zero logical sense. If you are going to create a dedicated natural and organic aisle then do that. To have a “dedicated aisle”, but still have 30%+ of the natural/organic products mixed in with the conventional items is just silly. You probably do 100m+ in annual sales. Hire a consulting agency to map these resets out. Also, you need way more produce checks throughout the day. Every single OG berry, grapes, and cherries and mold on them.

This giant had a lot of my stuff but yes they are low on staff and that's why some of the shelves were lacked of items but I did find replacements

Good morning. My recent experience with Giant Food Stores was just ok. I had great expectations going into this location. I have visited many locations, however I am so very disappointed that this location of Giant did not live up to my expectations. The area of Fairless Hills is great, but this store location, I do not believe that I will ever visit again. I am referring to the inside of Giant, not the outside. Before I ventured inside, a lady shopper/customer stopped me after saying Good Morning. She mentioned to me that there was not a lot of items left. What she meant was that there were brands missing and empty shelves, a lot of empty shelves. I don't know if the management/employees forgot to stock the shelves, but it was evident to me that a lot of items were not in stock. That lady wasn't lying about that. She also told me if they don't have everything you need, go on over to Shop Rite. I will be shopping at Shop Rite, when I go to Fairless HIlls again. Also, this was a small location, compared to the one in Havertown and Broomall. Two things that Giant did not have and should have had, is Polident Tooth and Mouth Wash and Polident Dental Solution for dentures and ginger ale. They had ginger ale but Canada Dry was absent. They had Canada Dry diet ginger ale but not regular ginger ale. I visited the restroom and Thank God, that was in good shape. Many lady customers were waiting when I appeared. I apologized and left. The restrooms were a single, not a row of stalls like in most Giant locations. The associates at Giant appeared to be friendly as I only interacted with one as to where the restrooms were. What I liked about this location is that the Giant is located in Fairless Hills, PA which is a huge shopping center, Fairless Hills Town Center, which houses a cleaners, Chinese restaurant, Plato's Closet, Rent A Center, Citizens Bank, Dollar Tree, Party City, The Post Office and a nail salon plus other businesses.

I'm only giving 3 stars today because of my level of annoyance. I shop at this Giant several times a week. Today, I ran in to pick up a few items (as you can see in the picture I'm posting), but I needed a money order as well. I went to customer service because I was told by an associate at the self check-out, that I could find face masks there. There weren't any customers in line, and Sarah (the Giant associate working at customer service) was over near the registers. When she saw me, she came over and I asked if there were face masks. She told me that the store didn't have any to buy. I told her that I needed a money order anyway, and I asked if she could ring up the items in my cart. She leaned over the desk, looked in my cart, and said "No, that's just a little too much." 8 items folks. 8 items to ring up was just "a little too much." Not one other customer in line to get to, and I needed a money order, but Sarah wouldn't ring up my 8 items. That's sort of horrendous customer service if you ask me. And I'd really love to know...how many items isn't "too much?" 6? 4?
