Food has been pretty subpar...I get it, it's fast food, but the past 3 times we've stopped, food is barely warm let alone hot. 😔 From now on, only stopping for ice cream

We got two large blizzards here, and they were both solid vanilla ice cream for the bottom third of the cup. Wasn't mixed at all. Very disappointing. EDIT: Just felt like an edit was necessary as the business's response was even more disappointing than the ice cream. I will certainly not be returning here, as they obviously do not care about their customers.

My first time ordering food with the new owners. Awesome job my food was awesome. I'm happy no more slop in a bag. I recommend to all.

We use to go to this DQ location all the time. However, the last few times were not positive and have even seen signs on the drive in menu stating they were not serving food. Today was the worst. We ordered, the cups looked dirty on the exterior, the burgers were small and soggy. My fiancé warned me it was going down hill since it changed ownership, but I wanted to give them a last chance. We will not be going back.

Service is always slow. The food never seems to be very fresh, even if they just opened. I have went here 2x and that will be my last. This time my fries were cold. Chicken was old and burnt. I love DQ. Just not this one. I gave the 2 stars only because the staff is really nice. It's a great location for being by a ball field, but don't expect to get a quick bite.

I wish i could no star this location. Since new ownership its horrible. I ordered a dipped twist no chocolate ice cream so i ordered a vanilla dip. I wish i took a pic of what they tried to hand me. The ice cream was sideways and the dip was all over the cone and the kids hand so he wrapped in a napkin covered in dip. Wont go there again have had several orders not filled correctly and that cone was last attempt for me.

About a month ago my husband asked for the zesty dip (He worked at BK). They said they don't have it. My husband figured out what it is called and asked for queso dip. Was told they don't have it. Finally after 10min he got the queso dip. Twice I asked for the queso dip and got regular cheese. My husband went today 05/23/19 to use the coupen in the App for buy one sunday get one for .99. It expires the 23rd and they said it was expired. My husband brought me home a sunday and all I could do is lauph. Chunks of banana. ?????
