I was the annoying customer ensuring everything was moving along smoothly by calling everyday, and triple checking details. Alena never lost her cool, and remained poised throughout the whole process. She was excellent!

On january I asked the bank about the loss of the keys to security box. 3 weeks have passed, but my problem was not solved. I asked again. employee of the bank told me that they will call me back. It took another 2 weeks. but no one has contacted me. I asked again, but took another week and again no one has contacted me.One and a half months bank employees ara not trying to solve my problem.Very poor service.😡😞
