This is the worst CVS. Go to a different pharmacy if you can. No drive through, crowded, medicine never done in time, too busy, lines, wait for everything, poor supplies made errors on my sons medecine, confusing directions....never went to a worse CVS. Usually I like CVS.

I have always found this CVS to be more than adequate and the staff very pleasant and helpful. They will stop whatever they are doing to help you. I’m not sure why others have not commented favorably but it could be that the negative comments are from last year etc. Whatever the reason they are not merited at this time and hopefully management will sort these out to give a more accurate assessment of the service and stocking of the store as well as the professionalism of all who now work there.

Rude, unfriendly customer service if you are a minority. Racist vibes from the two heavy set white females at the pick-up counter for prescriptions. They are quite friendly with white customers but immediately change their disposition when dealing with a minority customer. This has been my experience on two different occasions. It's quite obvious they are ignorant and racist. I have not experienced this abhorrent behavior at the other CVS pharmacies I use. Not a good look for CVS.

Sat on hold with the phone ringing to the pharmacy for almost 15 minutes with no answer for an Rx I really need help with. Called two more times, sat on hold for almost 10 minutes each time. This happens all the time. I've been in pharmacy for almost 10 years and would never dream of providing this type of customer service. Too bad my insurance mandates me to use CVS, or I'd switch chains completely and use the pharmacy I work at. I'll at the very least switch locations.
