Was walking from legacy place in dedham, to the Forest hills station. Stopped in for a Gatorade, and was told the minimum for a cars purchase was $5. No biggie, that's normal. Got a 6pk, and was asked for my ID. Again, nothing special. Then I was told my ID is fake. Um. No. My ID is very real. I was born July 28, 2000. I will be back later to get my Schofferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen. I feel like for a normal person, any birthday in the year 2000 should be easy to calculate.

Everything is 2 and 3 times the price it would be found at other stores... and some old dude followed me around the store as if I was gonna steal something... wont go there again... clean the dust off the shelves once and a while...

I was treated rudly from the second i walked in the door.. Ive tried going to this store twice and i dont think ill be going again..the old man clearly has a racial issue...

I've been coming here for about a year. Even though they're a bit pricier than Stop n Shop, I try to support local places if I can. The customer service has always been sort of meh--not good, not bad--until tonight. I came in at 5:58 when they close at 6, so understandably cutting it close. I walk in the older man screams "we're closing soon!" So I ask if I could grab a six pack, to which he yells "make it quick!" As I'm walking back I hear him yell "every f***ing time, motherf***er!" I should have just walked out but this seemed too extreme for me to have heard that right. So as I'm checking out, another woman walks in at 5:59, and he yells "we're closing soon!" To which she says "ok I know exactly what I want" and just then he yells "Jesus f***ing christ!" Like this could have been an SNL skit on bad customer service. Amazing. Stop n Shop it is.

At first, we were very happy with their selection of wine, but within the first two minutes of us being there, the man asked us if we will be buying anything, and I told him we were still browsing. His response was basically that he had "a lot" of things to do down stairs, and didn't have time to wait for us to browse. he, in other words, told us to buy something or leave.... within the first two minutes of us walking through the door. It was incredibly rude, and i told him so on my way out the door... although I had to bite my tongue on a few other things. perhaps it was that me and my friend were pleasantly discussing which wine to purchase... he seemed miserable, so maybe he didn't like the idea of other people having happy lives.... I'm not sure. either way, i think customer service, and selling products should come before whatever task he to complete in the basement. I will never go here again
