Lousiest PF I've been to. First this location does not offer any 24 hour days. Latest they close is at 10pm. So that sucks. There were 3 staff members at the front desk when I assigned myself to the hydromassage. Staff member #1 was helping a guest while staff members 2 and 3 were sitting on the counter conversing over something on their phones. Staff member #1 came to help before I could capture a picture of their mild obnoxiosness. Then I had a real pleasant 10 minutes on the hydromassage with really distracting ceiling lights on. I threw my jacket on my face so that ameliorated any agony. Maybe fire staff members 2 and 3 and stay open longer like most other locations ? Staff member 2 could barely change a trashcan and the other got grossed out after touching a machine and ran squeemishly to staff member #1.

Great place to work out. Plenty of machines. Does not get crowded. Great environment.

Loved it. No one was there despite the fact the I got there at 6pm. The place was clean and the equipment is nice

Better off paying a little more for a real gym. Overcrowded for the amount of weight equipment. Good luck not having people bump into you and good luck trying to use free weights without some punk kids staring at you because you are close to them. No room at all. If you go to any planet fitness you are better off going to one in harrisburg. Better yet get a membership elsewhere, my membership being canceled first thing tomorrow.

I would like to say a few words about one of your employees at the Lebanon gym. His name is Brian. I have been a member for close to three years and almost every day. I have seen many of the workers in your in your club. Brian is probably one of the best employees I have seen in those three years. He is fantastic at providing a warm family enviroment and a "judgement free zone."When members come in or out the door, Brian consistantly acknowledges them in an energetic but professional manner. He is natural at working at the front desk with members and staff Another area that Brian exceeds is cleaning the facility. If he is not behind the counter, he is mopping the floor ,filling the disinfectant bottles, and the many more activities that need to be done in the gym. Of course, he does it all with a smile. Although I have personally complemented Brian, I feel his superiors need to know what an amazing employee at P.F. He has fantastic communication and leadership skills. He is energetic and professional in his manner. Brian is an asset to your team and members love him. I believe that he would shine in a management position. Sincerely, Dot Folmer

Amazing gym to workout at amazing employees in the morning very welcoming to all the members, very clean gym as well me and my husband love this environment we enjoy working out here a lot!

My grandson has a free pass for the whole summer. Its for ages 14-19 I think. I may also sign up as they are a part of the silver sneakers program TOO. I just have to add to this post. I joined with my silver sneakers card. I now am a black card member and I make good use of the massage chair and the hydro bed even if I can't work out. All I am able to do is the bicycle but it has helped my joint pain plus using the chair and the ned on days I have ALOT of pain REALLY helps.

Some young adult attempted to take the equipment I was using and after telling him I was using it I felt bad so I approached him to ask him if he needed it he should have just asked but he started yelling at me. I was eventually asked to leave afterwards however the instigator was allowed to work out uninterrupted. I attempted to get the managers information but was told they cannot give me any information however the situation was handled extremely poorly. The staff in this facility's are completely untrained and I will be contacting corporate Planet Fitness to file a complaint. As Active Duty Military I am appalled at how the situation was handled and honestly I'm still just shocked that young man reacted the way he did.

Terrible customer service. Employee swearing over the phone. They might be good at service in the gym but telephone skills are severely lacking. Total incompetent on the computer. Good luck to whoever tried to cancel their membership.

The staff lies and then makes no attempt to make things right. Mid-May I called to cancel my membership due to moving out of town. The guy said I needed to come in to cancel. I told him that I moved out of state to which he replied, "oh okay - well I'll get you cancelled then." He proceeded to take my name and said that was all he needed. Two weeks later I look and I was hit with the $39 annual fee plus the $10 monthly fee. I called back and spoke to a supervisor the next day. He said I'd need to come in to cancel. I again explained the situation to which he called the manager (Cheyenne) and called me back to say that it was cancelled. The following day I called and spoke with Cheyenne - she confirmed that she made a "special exception" and had cancelled my membership. Today (6/20), I looked at my bank statement to see they've taken yet another $10 out of my account. Fortunately, I'm in town for a wedding so I inconveniently stopped at the facility. Cheyenne played dumb and said, "oh I cancelled it, someone must've undone it." I filled out the form to cancel and walked out. There was no offer to refund the $59 they've robbed me of due to poor communication on their part. There was no point in time in which I was told the ONLY way they could cancel is if I came in or wrote them a letter. This is 2022 - I can close a bank account over the phone, apply for a $30,000 loan over the phone, but I can't cancel a $10/month membership to a gym? The staff I dealt with is completely incompetent and needs a fully retraining - and probably not from Cheyenne. I would give this review negative stars if possible and will do everything in my power to ensure people in their community are aware of their shady behavior and carelessness.
