After getting a quote of over 25K for new siding, I looked into professional house washing instead. I chose Power Play based upon the reviews, and so it's only fair I leave a review in return. My decision was cemented by the quick response and thorough explanation given me by Nathan - I knew I was in good hands. Attached are some pics - the house was covered in mildew - 30 years worth, but forgot the before pics... 🙄 But, these after pics truly show you how good it came out - basically bleach white! I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, the courtesy and most importantly the results. And to think I was considering to spend a fortune on new siding! Very highly recommended.

The crew arrived on time , went right to work, and did a really great job on cleaning my home's siding. They were mindful of our perennial's growing around the outside, and of a couple of birds nesting in a trellis close to the house. They also did an excellent job scrubbing our concrete patio and pavilion floor. They are on my list of "Most Favored Contractors".

We built a new deck off our house last year and a paver patio installed March of 2022. So to tie it all together we needed our house cleaned. It has vinyl siding, brick and stucco foundation. Along with a brick chimney and the “trex” deck and a patio roof. I wanted a soft wash as I have read a lot about not “pressure” washing your house. I spoke to Nate in the off season to get it all set up and ready to go. He came out and called me and we spoke about the estimate. We also decided to have them bring 300 gallons of water due to being on a well. This price was great and we were set to go. Last weekend he called and asked if this week would work. We agreed. Let me tell you that being impressed by their work is an understatement. My house shines a million times over. The brick, siding and deck cannot look brighter. Their staff was more than professional and made sure we were satisfied.
