I had such a good experience at Sherwin-Williams, Lewisburg. Four employees, Jonathan, Brenda, Ricky, and David, helped me during multiple visits to get paint and painting supplies. The employees were patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The paint is excellent quality. I recommend this store!

Staff is very helpful and patient. They gave us the best recommendations for what we needed. They were even willing to look up accounts to match the perfect colors. If you are serious about paint don’t go to the Goliath hardware stores. Go to the people serious about paint, Sherwin Williams.

Visited the store to get 2 cans of paint. They did not have the kind I was looking at, but recommended a better quality and gave me the price match. Had someone visit for me to get a 3rd can and they did not investigate enough to ensure the 3rd can matched the first two. I ended up getting a different variant of paint with different color mixtures and paint base ingredients. We were able to go back to the store and get a refund for this. I would just stress to the company if you have more than one variant of paint brands, triple check with the customer to make sure they are getting what they previously purchased. We had no way of knowing the type we bought had 1, 2, or 3 different types in the back stockroom. That is your job to ensure what we get is correct.

Jonathan was awesome! I wasn't in the store long when he offered some help. He was amazing with helping me get the items I needed for my project quickly so I was able to get in and get out with everything I needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Love the Sherwin Williams products but it helps that they also have knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Very knowledgeable about colors-paint that I was picking kept looking wrong on the walls so I asked for some help. They were able to find me the right shade!

The manager addressed my paint concerns after I had painted and had paint peel off after I took off my border tape. He recommended products to rectify the problem I had and generously have them to me at no charge . Great customer service! Very unexpected! I was just looking for an answer as to what I had done Incorrectly. They helped me fix my issues I had. Thanks again!

Superb, friendly, help staff selling top quality paint. When I moved here, I literally tore my house down to studs and rebuilt it. Every drop of paint in it is Sherwin Williams.
