Really disappointed. I went in there with something fairly specific, but looking for options. The teen behind the desk was more enthusiastic than the man I spoke with. He gave me three different pairs of sneakers to try on, then walked away. I was the only customer in the store. I feel that even a little bit of faked friendly conversation would gave gotten him a sale.

Stopped in while out of town in need of socks, was recommend Feetures! as the most comfortable ever. I have worn every brand of high end merino socks and these truly are the most comfortable ever!!! Thanks for the help!

This morning was by far the best experience I've EVER had as any type of customer. I was helped by the manager and walked away feeling confident that my shoes were perfect for me for track season, thanks to his attention and advise. A visit here isn't quick but is efficient and of maximum quality. It also helped that this store offers a discount to many of the local high school track teams, so be sure to mention yours!

Usually small non-chain stores offer some added value to justify their higher than chain-store pricing, but I just don't see it here. The teenagers working there don't know much, the selection isn't any better, so why bother going here? I've gone there several times hoping to see something/get something I can't get at one of the big chain stores and was disappointed every time. Oh well, it was worth a try.

I recently sustained an injury while running, during my recovery the doctor recommended that I go to this store to have them fit me for a new pair of running shoes. I took his advice, the manager gave me a great class on how to choose the proper shoe for my feet. He was extremely friendly and most of extremely knowledgeable. I ran today for the first time in a little over 30 days and had a great experience. It was probably the first time in at least 10 years that I ran and was totally pain free. I'd also like to add that I'm not a high school track athlete, I'm a 41 year old Soldier. I'd recommended this store to people of all ages, not just student athletes.

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended this place. They are well known in the area. I dont run but I am on my feet 10-14 hours a day. As soon as I walked in I got rude dismissive treatment. The young guy looked me over and sarcastically said "what kind of running do YOU do?" I explained that I don't and why I'm there. He didn't measure my feet. He just asked me my size. He decided that there's only 1 pair of shoes that would work for me. They hurt when I put them on. They were also ugly and looked like dorky orthopedic shoes. He told me they fit perfectly and they will break in. I know that's a myth, they didn't have the right size in Stock and tried to sell me those ugly ones that didn't fit. The manager kind of saw what was happening and he suggested to try some different shoes. The boy exclaimed " no, he needs THIS support" the manager then disappeared and the young jock working lost his sale. Good luck with your business guy! Maybe if you are a serious runner go here, but if you already know what shoes you like and what size to get you can order from websites for $40 less, free 2 day shipping, free return shipping. This business model is flawed. If inside track had their way, I would be spending $600 a year on shoes. Cough, cough good luck guys.
