This place is very much hit or miss. The staff tries their best in most cases. Only catch one with an attitude here and there. I've had fresh delicious food, and I've had old dry burgers and dry stale fries. Like 50/50 chance. If the grill would follow procedure and throw out the old food when it expires and serve good quality people wouldn't mind the mistakes so much. I worked at mcds for 12+years. Once the kitchen begins to take more pride in the food they serve everything else would fall into place

Since they remodeled and upgraded this McDonald's, it takes much, much longer to go through the drive through. It also appears that they have fewer employees. 9/8/2022 This franchise has been taken over by Alamo Restaurant Group. It really sucks now. Very few of the employees from the previous owner still work here. One visit there, I just ordered a coffee. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. All they got was coffee. It still took 12 minuets to get my coffee after paying for it. There was nobody inside at the counter and only 4 sitting at tables. Hot cakes are still frozen, sausage cold, and coffee almost cold. You can't complain because employees will sabotage your food. Alamo needs to stay in Ohio.

Was there around 9pm August 9 2022 Girl at drive thru with a nose ring who said her name was “Ally” was very rude. Argued with me saying I never ordered fries when I said it like 3 times. When I tried to get her back on the speaker she wouldn’t answer. Pulled to the window and asked for fries and said very rudely that I didn’t want them. That never said them. I explained I tried to catch her before she left the speaker that I wanted them because I didn’t see the charge and she said she was busy talking with the next customer, again rudely. She really acted like I was a bother to her and she hated her job. After getting my food these are the “large” fries I got from them. They are cold stale and half empty.

They are super stingy here about your fries. You could order a basket and they'll put the equivalent of a medium fry in it, or your box will be half full. I ordered 2 baskets of fries this time because of that and they gave me one. So had to go back and get the other. Half the time my order is wrong, typically missing something. Always check before you drive away with this place especially. Always a long wait and they love making you pull around to wait. You'd think it was because they ran out and you're getting fresh food but much more often than not, it's not the case. Manager has been really nice before on a mess up and gave us free food, so that was nice.

The food is consistently incorrect with the order. Front counter also often left unsupervised. Props to the manager though as he does a great job and is one of the few who takes their job seriously.

My fries were luke warm and chewy but my crispy chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. Made me late for work. Short staffed. Waited 23 minutes from start to finish.

If other employees would take their job seriously and be a good honest worker like Scott the manager there, I'd go more than just the once a month for breakfast. Other than that, I've had horrible experiences. It also is ridiculous that Monongahela has the non-dispute agreement that doesn't allow other large chain restaurants like Wendy's or Arby's come in. Fact check that yourself if you are too dense to not believe it.

Food is absolutely nasty. The first time I went there I asked them can they make everything fresh they asked me can I pull in the front. Went home and fries was not fresh they was burnt and burger was cold I instantly got sick afterwards. I was throwing up and had diaherea( just being honest ) I waited for a couple of months before I went back same exact thing. All they do is heat it up the food to make it seem like it is hot and fresh. When in reality it's not. Food taste like straight garbage. This is by far the worst McDonalds I ever went to. I would not spend another penny there. Beyond ridiculous.

EDIT: This location not only continues to set new standards... How can any McDonald's location desecrate the fabled McRib? Well, this spot found a way...as usual. We made zeros special requests. In turn, they forgot half of the basic ingredients. Bun, meat, onions, pickles. Simple. It's a, glorious, McRib, right? Well, at this location, everything stopped at bun and meat. ORIGINAL: This location is wholly defined by a singular word. Mistake. My entire extended family and I have ordered from this restaurant a combined total of 37 times within the past 90 days. During that time frame, this location has an accuracy rating of 7.93%. Of further concern is the fact that not one item of ours was even "customized." For example, just tonight we ordered a "Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich." On the McDonald's website, the description for this item reads as follows, "Get a little extra with toppings. Go deluxe with shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes and mayo to take crispy, juicy and tender to the next level." The next level? We didn't even receive the 'base' level. What we received an overcooked chicken breast on a flat bun with two pickle slices. In my experience, McDonald's is entirely lackluster in order accuracy, as well as quality. However, this particular location somehow lowers the bar even further. If the "golden" in your arches of culinary achievement and performance is an utter failure in every last regard, this is indeed the location for you.
