I recently opened a small business and needed to transport goods to Las Vegas, economically. Julie W. at the Monroeville , PA store was exceptional! She explained options and processes which were very valuable. She also ordered specialty boxes, and telephone when they arrived! I also telephoned Julie W. several times with questions and she was always patient, helpful and courteous. She should be promoted!

I needed to mail a document using FedEx. An on-site FedEx was unable to print the label so I came to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located on William Penn Highway in Monroeville, PA. The salesclerk was pleasant but also was unable to print the label. She requested help from the manager who was successful in printing the shipping label. He was very nice. Thank you.

I asked for help to fax something. The man said go try to send if you need help someone will help you. I was having a hard time and asked the same person to help he said okay someone will be there. No one came but the person behind me got help twice. Finally figured it out after a while but in the meantime there were other people waiting for the machine I was using. Both employees I spoke to where very curt. Oh well I guess chalk it up to being older and clueless about technology

I use their online printing service pretty frequently for both personal use & my small business. Never had a bad experience! The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They always get online orders done sooner than the confirmation says so I really appreciate that I can rely on that if I’m on a time crunch.

This was my first time printing copies at FedEx, and I was pretty confused at first on how to use the self checkout. The store was quite busy with only two employees visible. I approached Angela at the Print Center for assistance with self-service; and although she appeared to be busy with various projects at the time, she immediately stepped away to assist me in the self service area. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She even modeled how to compete all the steps to get started. Thank you, Angela!!

Second trip to FedEx to print copies. This time, however, it was my first time having enlarged copies and use of card stock. Donna assisted us at the Print Center and so helpful! She carefully went through all documents to ensure the size, amount, and type of paper used was correct. She was very kind and accommodating. We appreciated her help very much so. Thank you, Donna!

Don’t come here if you’re Black, they will ignore you and will not assist. I was at a printer for 30 minutes… trying to figure out how to print my documents. No one came over to ask if I needed help. Then there’s workers standing there staring at you and you’re just trying to pay for your items and leave out the store so highly do not recommend ! Although, I will say,After I showed some attitude the lady and then come over and let me get my papers for free so why do I have to be ghetto or rude for anyone to come and assist.

This has to be one of the most highly consistent retail locations of any type. It is a high-quality experience where they want to help you all the time every time. Experts at their skill. Seriously, I can’t think of any retailer I visit that had been this good for 10+ years.
