I attempted to have a copy job done at this store. I called to confirm that my order was ready. I was speaking with a man who said “my family owns this store”. For the next 10 minutes, I attempted to explain why I was calling - to simply inquire about my order. This “owner” was clueless and insisted on asking me the same question over and over again! When I asked “ is there someone there who knows what they’re doing “ as I was obviously frustrated , he said “YES, me, I own this store!” I’m done with this store- it used to be my “go-to”.

I love this UPS store because the staff is friendly and always there to offer you assistant. The store has a welcome atmosphere. The staff is excellent on customer service and you don't find that to often these days.

I visited this location for notary services. The notary took her time, was friendly, and she was kind to all customers that I observed. The rest of the line was greeted and provided great customer service.

I use UPS very often for work, this store is so slow. Line out the door and an average 30 minute wait. I understand everyone is new and training but it's ridiculous. Maybe train people in the off hours instead? The manager is nice and friendly and helpful but something needs to be done about efficiency. I'm staying away from here for a while in hopes it gets better. With the holidays approaching, I may not use this store until January. I drive to other UPS stores and I'm in and out in minutes.

I had to return a package to AMAZON & it was free at UPS STORE. It is in the Mall complex so the parking lot jammed, but I still got a place right away. When I got to the door I thought, "Oh no! A line all the way outside!" No worries, they are such a smooth, orchestrated operation that I was in my car leaving 5 minutes later with my package on its way back to AMAZON! There were 2 girls on staff and they wear blank faces, I see why that is! No time for chit chat if u want fast, expertise service! I couldn't believe how easy it was! I handed her my package, showed her the return label on my phone she scanned it, out printed a label for the package & a receipt for me. She said "Thank you for using UPS, NEXT?" Awesome!

I use this ups store constantly for work. Lavon and Dana are awesome! I never have any issues with them. Actually up until the last month or two I haven't had issues at all. However I guess there's some new people specifically one guy who makes my trip at least 10-20 minutes longer than it needs to be. I was patient for a while and figured he was just new and needed time to learn the system but its been at least a month if not more and he still gets it wrong every time. The old staff was great but now my visits are always long. I got here at 1 and was in like for maybe two minutes before getting help. Its now 1:35 and the past half hour has been him not being able to work the system. He is very nice but he is slow and overall bad at his job and just doesn't seem to care. I hate leaving reviews because normally I just deal with it but I think this feed back is important because nothing is changing.

My wife and I went to the store to ship a package and to purchase an envelope for shipping. The clerk a woman of about 50-60 years of age waited on us. She became agitated when we could not locate a shipping label and basically threw the purchased envelope plus the receipt onto the counter. When I complained a worker from the back inserted himself in the conversation saying that the woman was his mother. I was surprised and wondered what that had to do with the conversation or the disrespectful attitude of the worker? Nonetheless, we maintained our composure and left the store. We are now looking to locate the owner to report the treatment we received at this location. Sincerely

The staff was very nice. Very easy to use their postal service. It’s just like any other postal service - you have to buy packaging from somewhere in order to send. It’s all very typical of a postal service, so I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews. I’d recommend and I’d use again.

Dishonest & shady without overview from UPS. Got my box and was forced to pay a lock change fee since the prior box owner did not return the key. Called back for weeks to be told repeatedly their locksmith was out. Two months later I did not receive my key. When approaching the manager Patrick, he used obscenities & refused to acknowledge the situation even happened. I asked him about partial credit / comp month / some reimbursement since I haven’t been able to use my box, especially since they cut their hours for COVID, making it hard to reach them. His response? Quote: “We don’t have to F*%}ing do anything for you, you signed the contract and it doesn’t matter if you could not access your box. We do not answer to UPS so good luck getting someone to care!” Would never trust with a package or letter again. Would give a zero if I could.
