Couldn't set up auto-pay online -- had to MAIL IN A PAPER FORM. Couldn't make a payment online or over the phone -- had to drive to a branch. Apparently senior management is stuck in the 1980's! ~Shane

I recently opened a small business and needed to transport goods to Las Vegas, economically. Julie W. at the Monroeville , PA store was exceptional! She explained options and processes which were very valuable. She also ordered specialty boxes, and telephone when they arrived! I also telephoned Julie W. several times with questions and she was always patient, helpful and courteous. She should be promoted! ~Dora

I attempted to have a copy job done at this store. I called to confirm that my order was ready. I was speaking with a man who said “my family owns this store”. For the next 10 minutes, I attempted to explain why I was calling - to simply inquire about my order. This “owner” was clueless and insisted on asking me the same question over and over again! When I asked “ is there someone there who knows what they’re doing “ as I was obviously frustrated , he said “YES, me, I own this store!” I’m done with this store- it used to be my “go-to”. ~Joan

I come to get go for coffee and fuel. Hopefully the fuel is not as dirty as their coffee station. Disgusting. Never coming to this one again. Two stars because the pump works great! ~Freder

I stop there every morning on my way to work and the coffee bar is about the best I've ever seen always clean and organized with fresh coffee and the MTO section is always clean and they work really hard to get the orders out which is a lot of work. Maybe if there was an LED board for ticket numbers so people can see when their order is ready. Great job guys and girls and the register counter is quick and courteous thank you All. ~Harold

Accommodating and friendly associates. Affordable and quality merchandise. A fun get away shopping experience. Always find something that you or someone you know can use. You can drop off donations at the same time. It's very clean and well organized. ~Debbie

I found this place to donate to about a year ago. There sign said that they were in need of clothes. So I donated a bunch of stuff . I then went into the store. I love it. You never know what you will find. You definitely need to go through it carefully and need some time to do it. The prices are better than goodwill that have increased. I have got some great bargains here and it’s for a great cause!!!! ~Rosemary

The grooming salon here is great! Suzy has been taking the best care of Thor for almost 2 years now. She does absolutely the best job with him and I would highly recommend her! When I pick him up I am always happy with how things turned out. ~S.
